Lleve a mi hija por su cumpleaños la verda no me gusto.El mariachi no savia muchas canciones una vez estaban buscando las letras de las canciones por google!? Estanban mas preocupados en complacer a sus amigos.El cocinero bailando perreo tomado.la comida muy cara y sin sabor.les pedi una cancion me quede esperando.la verda deben de tener mas respeto al traje de mariachi!! Bien vestidos pero no se saven las canciones.Dejaban que su amigo cantara pero si no era kareoke night.Sera que no eramos amigos de ellos? Habiamos como 8 personas consumiendo y a ninguna nos preguntaron que cancion queriamos.estaban mas preoucupados complaciendo asus amigos.El cocinero tenia amigos y una parrillada micheladas se desvivia por ellos.La verda que mala mala experiencia.Alo mejor fue solo esa noche nose fue la primera y ultima vez que fui. Fueron unos 250$ mal gastados

I have never left a review for any company in my life; however, I felt that this restaurant has done so poorly that I have to speak out. Expect to not be served for over an hour and a half after ordering. Especially if you are Caucasian. Every single other table was served except ours. It took them an hour just to get chips and salsa on the table. Then they took a quarter of our parties order for drinks and not the other three quarters of our group. I would give this restaurant negative stars if I could. I havent had a chance to try the food yet and Ive now been here for two hours, but based on the chips and salsa, Im not expecting to like the food. The highlight of the evening is the mariachi band. They were pretty good.

La verdad me encanta todo!!!! La comida el ambiente y sobretodo el servicio y la variedad de bebidas... Es el lugar perfecto para festejar cualquier ocasión yo por mi parte regreso este viernes con mis amigos a fetejar un cumpleaños ... Gracias Nuevo Mariachi por hacer de nuestras selebraciones un momento especial!

My experience at El Nuevo mariachi was remarkable. Friday afternoon, just off work, hot outside, looking for a place with a nice happy hour. The flowered, covered patio drew me in. Beautiful place inside, lovely, I sat at the bar. JJ, the bartender, is a true gentleman and made for me the most delicious "pool sized" mango margarita. Just a wonderful guy, good persona, easily relatable. As for food, I got an incredibly cheesy nacho plate, completely covered through and through with toppings... What a combo that was! I left there warm, full and happy; sincerely feeling good. Thats what we all want and I will return again and again.

Please dont waste your money or gas coming 1here. We made a reservation a week ahead and when we showed up they didnt honor it. The manager was a complete @##whole and not helping us. They wanted us to sit in that back with foldout metal chairs but we demanded they trade them with the empty wood tables chairs next to us . And so they did when we received our food an hour later and they forgot to give my husband a fork after all I gave him mine. If you thirsty youll die of thirst here because they dont come Back to check if youre alive. OVERALL OVER PRICED AND HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MANAGER TO WAITRESS

I only gave them a star because I had to otherwise I couldnt give feedback. Warning horrible service, bad food, good mariachi (the only thing good about this place). Not to meantion the place had 5 tables full the rest of the restaurant was empty and they where turning alway people and asking them to come back in an hour when the new show stars. I thought this was a restaurant as well that had live music but it looks like they care about the show part only and not the restaurant part. Bad bad bad!!!! Dont recommend this place to NO ONE!!!!

Mom wanted to listen to mariachi so I brought her here. Hands down, the worst food Ive tasted. The carne asada tasted like liver. The shrimp tasted odd. The flan tasted nasty as well. My sister had the enchiladas those were decent. The beans are canned! Are you kidding me I paid $26 for this plate. B/S. If you want to listen to the mariachi eat elsewhere and just have drinks here. The chips and salsa are good and the people are nice but the food is mediocre.

We were very interested in listening to live Mariachi music. I found this place on google. The place and music were very fascinating to me as non-latino and do not understand the language. However, our stay was very pleasant and we did enjoy the music and watching people dancing. The food was acceptable and customer service was very good. We did not feel as aliens in the place rather it was a warm and welcoming environment.

Pésima llame primero para reservar preguntando por el mariachi y me dijeron q empezaba a las 700 p.m y llegando me dicen q no sabían si uva a ver mariachi o ocho pésima experiencia

Fathers day menu 2016 sucked and they charged $25 per plate. $25 for a plain simple Mole it sucked. And they charge you the tip on your bill not happy at all service was awful n they got $31 tip not worth it. The only good thing there is the Mariachi thats it NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN ITS A FIRE HAZARD THERES NO PLACE TO MOVE THE CHAIRS ARE BACK TO BACK

Food was okay. The stories about it taking a long time to serve the food are still true. From after the long time to order to getting the food took about 1 hour 30 minutes. Spent all that time eating chips which came out faster than anything. When the food did arrive, it was still warm which is good. The best part was the desert, which we brought.

Good service, but its hot as hell inside and the management doesnt want to turn on the A.C. The owner can earn about 20,000 with a full house, but wont spend about 30 dollars to run the A.C. the entire day... the beers get hot by the time they get to the table.

The food is mediocre, over price for what we order, 2 parilladas, shrimp and mead. Very disappointed on the shrimp at least they should have a better presentation. Service I gave them 5 stars the singer girl was good. The mariachi a seen better.
