I have come in every single friday and saturday during my lunch break for over 4 months and the employee service is outstanding. 4 employees in particular all of which I cannot remember their names (they are all women and one is a short blonde girl is all I remember) have showed me outstanding customer service these past months and it is absolutely wonderful. I did my best to tell their manager to pass on my praise as they truly deserve it. Service here is great, I highly recommend.

very upsetting, when theres two employees at the counter, one seems to be busy. the second one sees us waiting, but continues to have his conversation with the busy one. he doesnt ask us if were eating in. assumes, doesnt give us or offers what we need for our bagel. wont make to drive to please my little grandson with this kind of service.

Service was great. It is just disappointing that "The Italian Combo" they use to have is no longer on the menu. Replaced with "The Italian Sandwich" it is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. do not order it unless you are prepared for a completely unfamiliar Italian sandwich. Sigh.

Panera is delicious. Dont get me wrong, I love this place, but this location is terrible. The staff is rude and pushy. Ive been to this location a few times and every time it has been an unpleasant experience.

Good place to go and eat. They do get really busy at times so plan accordingly. Their Mac N Cheese is great. I cant get enough of their passion fruit tea.
