Corporate Q is what I usually call this place. Not only is it walking distance from many of the hotels travelling businessmen and local office put their staff up at, but its right by the airport too. Freeway and toll road accessible, and not hard to find. Its perfect for after work drinks with co workers. I call the crowd here the khaki army. Long sleeve buttom ups, khaki pants and business casual office crowd. Irvine is not known for their bars and this place calls themselves a pool hall, but a dozen tables around the outside of a bar is not what Id call pool hall. I also like to call it smartphone central. They should really put in USB ports into the group tables. Its a sportsbar with decent food because around 8 when the yuppies have had their HH fun and wander back to their rooms some of the local sports fan show up. It looks like an old club house, a steak house that was revamped and all the outter rooms attached to be pool areas. The main layout of this place is very strange and often the parking lot full with all the other business around the area. If you dont feel like paying $8 for a pint of non local and non craft beer stock up at Airport wine and spirits a backroad away from this place. Saves you on the minibar and your expense report for those of us not sucking on the company Amex teet. Probably 50+ TVs, group tables 1 small couch in the corner, carpet and upholstered and wood stools. Classic pub feel. Attractive waitress and servers, but the bar staff is decidedly slow. You will never see them in high gear so dont blame the servers for your extended wait. Solid security also runs the sticks/ball rental near the front entrance. Bathrooms are really small considering the square footage. Vending machine sells cigarettes at a mark up. Full bar, healthy amount of high prices spirits. Food is actually quite good for barfood and my usual bar food rule of not eating it doesnt apply to this zipcode.

In a county with very limited pool hall options, and no real "nice" pool halls (at least that I have been able to find), Classic Qs is a good option for hourly pool table rental of decent tables, in a sports-bar environment. Many of the features you might find at similarly priced pool halls are missing (really nice cues, a hostess to rack games, etc.). While the waitresses are relatively nice, and almost always attractive, the staff managing the bar and the pool rental tend to be rather stand-offish and treat their job as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to rent the tables or order a drink. The crowd here tends to be mostly 20s-40s, and fairly diverse. Where this spot really shines is big sporting events (such as Sunday football) as the walls are plastered with TVs, and there is plenty of space to host large groups of people. The food is comparable to most sports-bars, and the cocktails mixed a little on the unleaded side. Overall, while it is nothing super special, it is one of the best options Ive found to shoot some pool and watch the games in OC.

Food is not bad but service is awful. After waiting almost 20 minutes for someone, anyone to noticed that we sat down my husband had to go to the bar himself to get us drinks and ask if a server would be making any rounds any time soon. After that it was an additional 10 minutes of trying to flag to separate servers down. Granted we went in on a Sunday after a big rush but it didnt seem right having to chase the severs down just to put in an order then to try and get the bill. If it wasnt for the fact that he was intent on watching the game we would have left and not stayed. The food was decent but not enough for me to give more than 2 stars due to the lack of service.

GREAT for Packers games but the side salad and turkey burger werent that amazing. The side salad is your typical iceberg mix and the turkey burger was bland because I made the mistake of asking them to hold the mayo, cheese, and avacado. CHEESE IS SACRED in Wisconsin- What was I thinking asking the chef of a Greenbay Packer themed bar to hold the cheese? Good beer selection and plenty of TVs, plus chess and pool. Overall a good place to go for a Packers game.

Very great staff. Great location. Here on a trip from Vegas and all I have to say is WOW!!!!!!! The food here is outstanding!!!!! Normally when you think of a sports bar you would want to normally be cautious of the food. BUT NOT THIS PLACE!!!! Every bite that I took of the bbq burger kept me wanting to hope it never ended. Great portions and great prices!!!! Our waitress Savannah was friendly and quick with helping us out

i only went here during the lakers playoff run and it was great for that, being that there is a good home crowd and the staff is generally pleasant. food is typical bar food but the place is nice and clean with lots of tvs (all tuned to the lakers games, not much variety). i havent gone outside of the game time, but there arent a lot of tables, and they looked ok, not great or poor

Atmosphere is good. Staff seems to get really busy, especially during happy hour so you wait sometimes for service. I would like to rate higher but the food quality is pretty sub par. Not a whole lot of flavor going on without dumping sauce on everything. However the buffalo wings are pretty good.

A little overpriced for a student like me, but there are not too many pool bars around, especially when school session is off season and they close the student center. Pool tables are about $10/h, the fries are average, and service is Ok. Theyre a little too strict carding at the door.

Cool sports bar. My female coworker loves it here because of the bizarre and disproportionate number of dudes who show up here for lunch. So I guess if youre a guy, this place can be a sausage fest. But if youre a chick, then its like heaven or something.

Pool tables arent good, they are very run-down and their surfaces are rough. But Irvine has no other places to play pool except this one, so I have no other choice. I didnt ordered food, but I wouldnt expect a good food from a bar, so nothing to complain.

Gorgeous staff and cold beer. Place smells like a frat house and food was undercooked. Not a bad experience, but not great either. If youre looking to get funny with some friends, this place is probably great. If youre looking for a burger, its just ok.
