Didnt have breakfast and was starving so when I got here around 12 I went overboard here and ordered a breakfast tartine, which was topped with sliced hard boiled eggs and bacon, a zucchini pizza, the chipotle mayo sandwich on their famous English muffins, a peanut butter chocolate dessert and another English muffin to go. When I got to the cashier, she asked the lady who served me, is this all for the two of them? And had to be corrected by the other lady who said, no its just for her. Yeah Im a fat ass I know. The English muffins here are awesome-- you can never eat another Thomas or store packages English muffin after having one of the heavenly, fluffy English muffins here. The chipotle mayo sauce was divine, the eggs were fluffy and the sandwich overall was delicious. I really enjoyed the rich peanut butter dessert as well-- creamy peanut butter mouse on the inside, with a bit of chocolate cake on the bottom and melted chocolate on the outside. The zucchini pizza was so flavorful-- I love how the cheese melted and was all bubbly and was a burst of flavor with every bite. The breakfast tartine was good too! Definitely a great place to stop for lunch before the wineries-- the idea was to get snacks so we didnt get drunk from our tastings, but I kind of just ate everything then and there-- but still it helped me achieve my initial goal!

listen up if u destroy java hut i will seriously be so sad also i need my chinis. Im kinda addicted to them, so like if i dont have access to them imma tweak the HECK OUT. Ill repeatedly visit your "establishment" demanding chinis, then either break down or fly into a chini filled rage and ransack the place. Oprah is a family friend, so I can have her revoke her praise of your bakery before you can say "where are they now." If you want to start this war, then you best be prepared to lose.

Introduced by my friends, Model Bakery is an awesome breakfast stop before your day of wine tasting in Napa. The english muffins were amazing, almost like non-sweet donuts. Definitely get the breakfast sandwiches. The vegetarian one comes with hash brown unlike the meat one. I guess vegetarians need some type of advantage. You are allowed to get 6 muffins to go, you can have more if you call in. They usually sell out by noon. Will definitely return.

What can you say about this place that has not already been written. Fantastic bread. We do not live up in this area, but if we are passing through or visiting we have to stop by. And if you are lucky to be here in the morning well you have to buy the English muffins and get yourself a breakfast sandwich. Mmmmm good.

For the quality of the pastries- I feel that its overpriced. My opinion based on pastry shops Ive been to in San Francisco (tartine, Holmes, etc.) I would take my money and buy whats at Starbucks/peets/whole foods. Ill pass on this one. Go further north and go in que at bouchon and get your moneys worth.

Great bread (many different styles) which they will slice for you. Stumptown coffee is very good. Many different egg breakfast sandwich options I like English Muffin or Spinach Burrito. Very popular so avoid peak times which have long waits. Finally, very nice staff

Great bread, great breakfast, great lunch. Please keep in mind that there is only one line. Doing so will keep the anxiety away for everyone. Also... Keep your hands behind the glass when ordering pastries. And yes, the English Muffins are as good as Oprah claims.

My go to place for breakfast if I stayed at the Westin and decided to go out for breakfast. The coffee is fresh, the breakfast sandwich is very delicious. It runs a bit expensive though, as a typical breakfast will cost you about 10 bucks.

We ordered a bag of their english muffins which were amazing! We also got some bread, muffins and cookies. The bread and muffins were on par with the english muffins. The cookies were good but no better than what I can make at my house.

If you are looking for a simple breakfast, excellent muffins and other bakery items, including sandwiches, this is a great place to come. Not fussy. They have a proper cafe at St Helenas. A good alternative to hotel breakfast.

Staff never has a clue of what theyre selling. This place is always dirty and messy inside. The kitchen is even worse. Pastries are OK and the price isnt deadly compared to Bouchon bakery next town over. Try it out sometime.

We stopped in when supply was low, but no lines either, so our sourdough rye was an easy purchase and tastes amazing. Try the potatoe rolls too, soft with a dark skin--looks like a baked potatoe.
