Horrible. My mom and I went through drive through. The lady at window was nice but she was sick with a bad cold. Should not have been working with food. Than, got home, the fried shrimp was white and doughy. Like they tried to microwave them. Could not eat them at all. Spoiled my whole appetite. Called the manager he was rude. Only wanted to replace 1 of the dinners when both were horrible. Both dinners should have been replaced. So, I called the 800# to make a complaint. This was on 3.3.2016 rcvd no response, called back on 3/4 no response. Called back 4/8 still no response. So much for good food and good customer service at yoshinoya. No wonder why they are slowly but surely going under. IJS.

Im a huge yoshinoya fan. Huge!!! This place is a little disappointing. Service is super slow and portions half of what I get at most beef bowls. Three stars merely because I love beef bowls food.

I dont like eating in but do use the drive thru. They have added to menu. The staff vary as to caring..it can be a hit or miss with that factor.

Ordered the tilapia bowl. The tilapia was no bigger than a 5 year olds hand and had the consistency of a leather shoe. Beware people.
