The only reason this place received to stars is because its chipotle and the food is literally never bad. Otherwise, because the glass was so high and im a midget they couldnt hear anything I said even when I was yelling and they kept putting chicken into my bowl when I didnt ask for it. Also, the serving sizes were very bad. I barely got any sour cream and it was about 1/2 the amount of food they usually give me. I was very unimpressed and mad at the service this time at Chipotle.

I work at chipotle in Ocean ranch and the customer service here was just awful. Zero eye contact what so ever and they messed up my order when you literally specifically say what you want. The cashier was having a conversation with her coworker not paying any attention to me and couldnt even say "have a goodnight" or anything. I plan on never coming back to this location. Just awful

I am SICK of paying full price for 1/2 servings... Today is the LAST time I will ever go here!! The (2) girls ahead of me received heaping servings of meat, fajita vegies and beans and when it came to me the guy put less then 1/2 a spoonful of meat & beans and the tiniest pinch of fajita veggies Ive ever seen... I was so pissed off I almost told him to go F*** himself!!!

Great chicken and great consistency. We wish the new 1.30 cheese sauce was zestier. Iris was an amazing prep cook. She was so fast and accurate and friendly. Like seriously the most passionate employee I have seen in many years. Like a burrito tango led by her. Definitely coming back! :)

They have a small semi secluded outdoor patio out the back door which is a nice place to eat away from the noisiness of the restaurant.
