I found a piece of chicken in my bean rice and cheese burrito by biting into it. This is unacceptable to me because Im a vegetarian, and was expecting my burrito to be only beans rice cheese and avacado as requested. I know this may not seem like reason enough to deserve 1 star but I havent eaten meat in over 15 years, and even at an el pollo loco, this is not ok. Im now disgusted by being tricked into eating meat, whether on purpose or by accident, either possibility of how it got there are equally disturbing and reflect poorly on the safety and cleanliness of this location.

I ordered the quesadilla thinking it was a quesadilla. But instead it was a warp I ate the whole thing and almost threw up and I gaged on it. It was discusting I would not eat there again unless of its the family dinner. They gave me full refund and I didnt have to show them my meal it was in trash. Will not eat here again.

Ordered at the drive thru for some fast family meals of 8pcs chicken. Turns out that it was still not that cooked since i could still blood on the inside. It was horrible, wasted my 20 bucks for a chicken that was half cooked.

Recently moved to neighborhood and been here at least 4 times in 3-4 weeks. Always very friendly service and they seem to really want to please you. I like the people that work here.
