EVERY TIME I have order from here, through the app, they NEVER have my order ready, if they even have the items Ive ordered. I would think that if you order something from the restaurants app that the restaurant no longer offers, said restaurant would use the number you ordered with to call and let you know, (instead of waiting for you to show up, while youre thinking you could just swing by, grab food, and head home with your familys meal) that they no longer offer it and ask what a good replacement might be. Also, the people in this place need to have better attitudes toward their customers. I dont even mean just me either, I have seen multiple employees being rude to customers that have ordered online and their food was not ready and they had to sit and wait an extra 15-20 mins for an order that should have been ready before they got there. I understand that sometimes it gets busy and hectic, but when there are 7 people working the front line and the window, SOMEONE should be able to check online orders and have them prepared. When visiting my in-laws in Mira Loma, this was our go-to for quick family dinners. If a business isnt capable of taking and filling online orders, maybe you shouldnt have the option offered to your customers because at this point, its faster and easier to get your order by walking in the door and waiting in line. After 3 times of having employees look at me clueless when I walk in asking for my order, or telling me that I never placed an order online, when I have a confirmation code to confirm, we are done. We will not be returning to this location.

Great employees and food. Stopped here with a few old friends last year during summer to chill inside and cool off for a few, and employees were totally fine with it. One employee offered us all water and was just very nice. Food is very tasty and I recommend this place.

They are great for pick-up... I mean any Panda Express should be... they really need to focus on the inside. They basically forcing customers out with their gross tables. The Tables are very unclean.
