Dont get the three star wrong this place is amazing. Today, however, its the service thats getting the bad review. I got off work at five got home and relaxed from work, at about 5:37 I called in... Phone was busy. I waited about ten called again... Phone was busy. At this point I had a feeling someone had disconnected the phone so I waited about an hour from my initial call... Still busy. Finally, against my better judgement I went in. I needed my tacos. The lady who greeted me was slightly jaded, I could see the pain on her face as she tried to throw a smile on her face and greet me. I order sit and wait, catch some looks from the less than intimidating cook, a younger Latino man. I watched him sloppily throw some precooked meat on the grill and add a little water to steam it to temp. Finally the lady had my food in hand, skip to home, which is literally a five minute walk away... I happened to drive cause I need my tacos. The food was lukewarm, still tasty, but Im writing this now with a sour stomach..... I will go back, but the owner should address that night crew.

I have been a long time regular customer of Mariachi, frequently recommending it and bringing friends here. That is until my experience today. The chicken in my quesadilla was red and clearly undercooked. I brought it to the attention of the cashier/manager on duty, and she assured me that it was "boiled for 7 hours" and therefore completely safe. I was still uncomfortable eating it however, and asked if it would be possible to replace it with something else. She said "sure, but Ill have to charge you for it." I questioned her reasoning, hoping she might understand that if a customer is uncomfortable eating red meat, the best way to retain their business is to offer to replace their meal. I had no such luck. Thus, Mariachi has lost my business and a regular customer. Heed warning of food poisoning if ordering the undercooked chicken.

My whole family and extended family really enjoys this restaurant. Their food is delicious and the staff are very personable and friendly. I also just recently had them cater my moms birthday dinner - total success. Everybody loved the food and asked repeatedly "where is this place?" Five stars!

People are friendly. My wife and I were excited about having a new Mexican restaurant just down the street. We have been going ever since they opened and have yet to have a bad meal. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Chili Verde is a hit!

The chili Verde buritto I ordered was filled with pork that was burnt to a crisp. Absolutely the worst chili Verde buritto Ive ever had!
