My husband and I visited before a movie. We asked what we could have within our time constraints and the server, a young man, assured us we had plenty of time to split a burger and that they guarantee that all good is delivered within 20 minutes. I commented that I sure hope so. 20 minutes is a long time. I have many years of restaurant experience myself) after waiting for 30 minutes and being told twice by our server that it should be right out we asked for the bill. At least we can pay so when we are done eating we an just leave in a hurry. Another 10 minutes passed. So 40 minutes after ordering we had to leave. We told him we would come back and eat after the movie. No one apologized. No on cared. When we came back after the movie we asked to see the mgr and instead he sent a server to say they where already remaking our previous order. It then took 20 minutes to make. And when I saw our food ready and sitting under the heat lamp all of the servers were singing happy birthday and the mgr just stood there and stared at our food instead of bringing it to us. The whole experience was terrible. Management is obviously where the problems are. If proper supervision existed in that kitchen, food wouldnt take that long. And if the front of the house was sufficiently supervised then the mgr would have helped us before we were so dissatisfied. Dont bother going here.

I received a gift card from my boss at Christmas but its been difficult for my husband and I to go so, tonight we.decided to try it take out style. I ordered a philly cheese steak and got chicken instead, i dont care for chicken. My grandson ordered spaghetti which was good and plenty to share with me and with the French fries we both were full. My son ordered a steak which he said was good but very small for 22 bucks. My husband ordered fish and chips he said it was OK but he was late getting.home so it wasnt hot but to be fair he was late. I dont know if I would god back, when I picked up our ordered it was Monday and not busy at all.

This place seems like it would be good but its terrible. The prices are very high for the type of food but we stayed and ordered. The pictures in the menu do a good job of convincing you that the price is ok. Maybe it wouldve been if you got what you saw. They brought me a lifeless bed of lettuce missing half the elements pictured. When I asked the server about it she blamed it on the lighting. Ok..... wont be back here. Youre better off at BJs! Oh why do they have Drakes coasters but dont carry their beer!? In a word awful. Dont go here!

Decent food and service but need better drink specials in my opinion. I would also say they need Wi-Fi... What is this the 90s ?? I have asked the owner directly for this a few months back so we could do business meetings here and still no Wi-Fi???? Not that this is why youd come here but this would be a huge improvement..mostly because your cell phone wont get service here either.

We have food delivered quite often from here, not just pizza, they deliver anything on the menu, and the wait not long at all. On Valentines Day was on hold with applebees for 19 minutes, hung up, tried petes, we were eating delicious food in less than 20 minutes- brought right to the front door. Definitely our go to place to dine in or out!

We were offered a seat outside and it was a nice evening so we took it. Unfortunately we were forgotten. After 20 minutes of waiting with no service we went inside. The hostess wasnt at the front and only one server was in sight but they were busy so we just showed ourselves out and went to another restaurant. We were not happy.

Fish n chips broke into pieces like it wasnt cooked all the way to coleslaw had no flavor what so ever. The pasta on the lasagna was mushy and to soft. Portion size for the price is bad as well. Besides the not so great tasting food. The service was great Sara was our server. Sorry to say I will not be coming back to this place

Stood there for 10 min to be seated. From my POV I can see 5 empty tables. Took 5 min to even be greeted. When it was time to seat people they seated groups that arrived after my wife and I. Walked next door to Red Robin and was seated and served drinks in 2 min. Great job Red Robin. Dont waste your time at Petes.

My friend describe me this place but he was so short, he said the food was good, it was pretty much more than that, I do not know if its me but it has a home made taste thats how I can describe this food went there to get pizza an also end up getting out with pasta, service was amazing for sure Ill recommend it

Tried this place out when they first opened in Manteca. Service at first was horribly awkward and funny. But to my surprise , the food was good. Definitely now my come to place for burgers , for sure. Btw , service has dramatically improved and Id recommend a friend here anytime.

Found this place after putting our names into Red Robin next door and given the 40 minute wait. Walked right into this place and sat right down. Everything we had for dinner was awesome, and the staff was really friendly too. Go for the famous knots, totally amazing!

Went to eat before a movie. Not impressed.Got served cold food. How do you serve cold food. Price for positions was not worth it. Manager never came over to check on us. He was busy talking to his friends. Server was over worked and could not provide a good experience.

Okay place. But service is slow. One bartender behind bar. Waited 15 minutes for my beer. Management needs to step up or competition will take there business. As Im posting thing Im thinking of just going to red robins. At least service is faster and friendlier there.

I am amused by some of the reviews.One man had to wait 10 min!!! omg, get over your self. Love the atmosphere and the food was great!!!!! My new favorite restaurant. I highly recommend it!!!! We are planning our office Christmas party here for sure!!!!!

Went there on a Saturday night the service was very slow, the Overhead pipes dripped on hte table and the people in our group. the food was mediocre and over priced. Love there BLT but wont ever go there in the evening again only for lunch during the week.

Beer was poured in a dishwasher warm glass, the famous "knots" were pretty bland, and a bit undercooked. Burger was good, although the tomatoes on it were not quite ripe. Service was decent, but slow for sitting at the bar, 2 bartenders for 11 people.

Ive been here quite a few times now. The food is good, but not great. The beer selection is pretty solid as well. Its more like a 4.5 kind of place to me, but I cant rate it that. Its still my go to place in that area. Ive never left unhappy.
