Stopped by here on the way back to Sacramento, and was given awful service! First off, they dont accept anything but cash. Ok fine, but when attempting to use to ATM machine it failed. I was understandably frustrated, and instead of a apology the owner said " are you from around here?" No I am not, but what does that have to do with the fact that your ATM machine doesnt work and you cant provide service? He said he has been in business for 19 years. Congratulations, you had a whopping 3 people sitting in your restaurant on a Saturday. Success! Not really, try to treat potential customers with respect, if you know anything about a successful business you would realize that word of mouth is the #1 way people learn about you. Spreading the word...!

I love coming to the river shack when Im in Coloma. They have some great veggie sandwiches for vegetarians, but more importantly they have one of the best variety of beer not just for the area but compared to any bar! Not sure what you want with 50 plus beers to choose from? Ask Dennis to help you out. He is great at leading you to new beers that youll love!

I work nearby and everytime I stop in, theres good service and theyre always friendly. I always grab the Villa sandwhich, chips and soda to go since I have to head down to my other job in Cool but its always packed and delicious!

Dennis and Dana Are the Best! the rivershack has over 80 different kind of beers you can try and some amazing Deli Sandwiches, get a Hot Tims! their signature pastrami sandwich, nothing stops river hunger better!
