What a fun coffee house! Old school decor.Old fashioned coffee canisters line the tops of the shelves. The also serve slices of cakes. We ordered an ice coffee and sat down to enjoy a slice of chocolate cake (which was very rich)...the coffee was excellent. Inside, youll also find a relic of a large coffee roaster. Dark wood interior...but a great location within downtown Los Gatos. If I lived in this area this would be my go-to coffeehouse.

Los Gatos Coffee Roasting is a true community spot. While I may grab my Starbucks when Im in a rush, when Im going for a leisurely cup of coffee and reading of the newspaper or am meeting with friends, I stop by here. The coffee is pretty good (not my fave, but good) and the atmosphere makes up for what the coffee lacks.

Poor quality coffee/espresso. No latte art in this day and age reflects the lack passion of the barista. The notes tasted bitter and had absolutely no aroma. Basically its the location that attracts people to this place and I dont think they care at all about coffee. I am also "skeptical" of so many "5 star reviews".

This place used to be right downstairs from my old apartment, so Ive spent quite a deal of time here! Its a relaxing, warm, inviting place for a coffee - and more. You can also wander over to the "dessert" side and sample their goodies. Highly recommended!

Great coffee. I enjoy coming here, but most of the patrons are either from nearby areas looking for a rich mate, or they are a San Jose bicyclist, or they are unemployed, hanging out, or occasionally looking for work. If you ignore the people, its great!

Lived in Los Gatos for many years and this was always my favorite hangout spot for coffee, dogs, and just watching the world go by. Always meet great people and have great conversations. Crowded on weekends but its right in the heart of downtown.

This place is super busy on the weekends and the layout is super confusing if you order something as cold and simple as a ice coffee; then you get sent to the other side of the cafe,. all in all there is better but there is by far much worst.

Very good coffee and the most efficient coffee house I have ever seen since they make the coffee and you get to add your own water so that you can have it the way you like it. Great food options - from breakfast burritos to assorted crepes.
