This cool little spot looks how it sounds. It has a mixture of the hard-working, grit-on-your-knuckles middle man in a steel factory, with a refined twist, fancy lighting, comfortable seating, high-class music playing in the background, and even a bathtub with hanging honey squeeze-bottles randomly placed in the middle of one of the dining areas. Dont ask. The menus are separated between brunch and dinner on the weekends, so if youre coming for a specific dish, make sure you call ahead and ask if its on the menu. Even if what youre looking for isnt being offered though, your trip will not be wasted. Everything they make here is absolutely delicious & just about everything from the ice cream to the pickles are made in-house. The bacon is even cured here. From the Brunch menu, I would highly recommend the Chicken Panini- one of their best sellers- made with manchego, feta, & burrata, maple roasted, and served with a delicious Thai lime, mustard seed vinaigrette, duck dipping sauce thats a mixture of sweet & savory, and a house-made pickle on the side, which has strong hints of caraway in it. The bread is toasted to perfection, with just the right amount of outer crust to give you that satisfying crackle when you bite into it. You also have your choice of salad or fries, both of which are nowhere near your typical side dishes. Next up: Brioche French Toast! Even in this, they are not to be outdone. Its made with a vodka-cranberry compote, toasted oats, & a marshmallow brûlée. Yes, it is as amazing as it sounds. The brioche is fall-apart delicious, & the marshmallow, vodka-cranberry compote mixture makes this one of the sweetest French Toasts you could ask for without making it over-the-top or unpalatable with its sweetness. Finally, Dessert: You must try the. Pretzel Tart made with their house-made vanilla ice cream, house-made caramel sauce, house-made marshmallow topping. Its soothing, its rich, its creamy, & you get the perfect crunch from that pretzel crust on the bottom. It was the perfect way to end one of the best meals Ive had in a while. Oh, & did I mention they have an entire menu dedicated just to booze? And may I say, the servers here are superb.

My review is solely based on their DineLA menu offerings. A friend and I came in for their lunch; I ordered the watermelon & cactus salad for the 1st course and the salmon burger for the 2nd course. | E A T S | The watermelon salad was interesting with the cactus slices and Thai basil. I really enjoyed the different textures from all the ingredients ; its nice to see something so creative. | 4 out of 5 stars The salmon burger.. This was interesting in a not yummy way. ): I felt like they took a menu item they had and tried to add something different and exotic (for lack of a better word) to make something new. But sometimes, simpler is better. The gochujang aioli and poblano pesto were very conflicting together. Then on top of a salmon patty it just tasted weird. The bun was also in that awkward stage of soft and stale, which just made the burger a little more disappointing. But Im glad they decided to debut it during DineLA for $15 instead of making the mistake of putting it on the regular menu. I hope they take the feedback received during DineLA and tweak it up to the standard of the rest of their menu. | S E R V I C E | We were the first to arrive for lunch on Monday and we were greeted immediately by both the bartender and host. Everyone else on staff were very friendly and accommodating. | D E C O R | Very eclectic art installations and pieces here. Im in love with all the honey bear bottles hanging above a tub! I dont understand it but I couldnt stop looking at it, haha.

Took a friend here via a yelp reservation. The staff did not acknowledge the note I had written about her birthday neither at the door nor during dinner. No biggie. We were late about 10 minutes and were easily seated at our square silver 2-top in a dark lit room. There are old light bulbs lit, rows of wine bottles, walls like the side of a steel ship, and small tea light candles decorating each table. It was quite hard to hear my friend sitting across from me so you have to really lean in. Ordered the duck french onion soup, with a nice half-inch layer of white cheese on top and loaded with sweet onions below., You get 2 think triangles of ciabatta? like bread for dipping in oil or sweeping with the rosemary herb butter while you wait for the main entree. Multiple people came by and refilled our water automatically, and the water is wonderful!! I tried the lamb which had eggplant and all kinds of crazy "west african spices." I couldnt put my finger on the mix of spices, which was like an aromatic clove and coriander mix. Lamb was cooked all the way through with tender chunks spread in a large mush of the oversized large white plate. COuldnt really see what else the dish looked like as it was so dark, making the taste all that much more mysterious when I took a bite. Overall, everyone was very friendly, ready to wait on your needs, and very thorough on presenting your meal. Will return here to try some other dishes.

I had lunch on a weekday here last week and wanted to share my experience. Most of the items on the lunch menu were around $14. I got the Industriel burger. Overall, just a normal burger. The meat was overcooked - I ordered medium rare, and pretty sure I got medium instead. The bun was surprisingly dry. The fries that came with it were okay. Good size for lunch though. Other people in my party ordered salad instead of fries for the side and although the dressing was good, the salad was just greens. Not a tomato, nothing. Theres a bathtub with bottles of honey hanging above it. I guess it looks cool? Also parking is difficult to find in DTLA, but thats expected! And a lot of people were there for business lunch.

Avevo paura di spendere tanto, perché è un locale carino e molto curato, invece ho mangiato benissimo spendendo sorprendentemente poco! Da provare il menù del pranzo.... ottimo lhamburger e linsalata di quinoa! Personale simpaticissimo! Locale giovane. Ne sono uscita più che soddisfatta.

Looks can be deceiving. At first glance the bun looks rather dry and burger meat inside is simply plain. But when I took my first bite the meat was really juicy with caramelized onions, both cooked to perfection. I also had their fries, although my only complaint was that it was a tad bit cold, it was still amazing. But I give them 5 stars for accommodating us last min before their kitchen were closed. Portion size is a bit small and my final staf rating was 4 because its not the best burger Ive ever had.

I loved this place! It is a bit pricey, but its worth it, in my opinion. Their food was excellent and very good tasting! The environment was expectacular! I went at night and I just fell in love with the dim lights and beautiful decorations, it just felt so romantic! I definitely recommend this place! I will definitely be returning to this place again... Oh, and the staff was very good! Theyre very friendly, makes you feel comfortable.
