Terrible service. Went in with my boyfriend today for lunch and the waitress misheard my boyfriends order. When my boyfriend repeated himself with the correct order she snapped at him and said "Well I dont know what you want, youre telling me what you want to order, so tell me". Ive never seen a waitress snap at a customer. We were being very polite and her snappy comment was totally unwarranted. Worst service ever, I wont be going back.

MY EXPERIENCE AT CASA FLORES WAS THE WORST EVER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE NEVER GOT MY FOOD WAITED FOR 30MINS NOT EVEN ONE SERVER BOTHERED TO TAKE MY ORDER OTHER PEOPLE GOT THEIR AFTER US AND THEY GOT THEIR FOOD SO I DECIDED TO JUST LEAVE IN DISGUST AND MY THOUGHTS WERE TO NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN

Was not impressed with the Red beer .. very watered down and not very tasty. Also the service was not very good. Ordered guacamole with the chips, didnt get it till my food was already there and had to remind the waitress that I had ordered the Red beer. The food itself was okay .. nothing special.

Food is great but its always under staffed and so slow. We waited 15 for chips. The next time we waited a long time for sour cream that I ask for when I ordered finally I just boxed my food to go cause my husband was done with his food. I dont think I will be back

Been here like 5 times, get the same super burrito every time, I pick it up everything just falls out, and every time I dont leave a tip.... I think it wouldnt be that hard to notice all your customers eating the burrito with a fork like its normal ?

I ordered to go they told me in 25 min was gonna be ready I got there 35 minutes later and I still had to wait for another 30 mln and they were not even busy and another guy came 15 after I did and ha got his order first very disappointed

It has a nice environment inside however the food is not authentic. The food is bland but they do serve big portions. The best part of my experience was their salsa that they serve with their chips.

They know my order. They know everything about me. Sometimes we get some sketchy waiters and thats when it can get old. But when its the good ones then its bliss. Its usually bliss.
