I absolutely adore going to Lucky Chen. Although I dont go a huge amount every time I have been there I have never been disappointed. It is right off the road, however the parking lot has very minimal parking spots. When you get inside the restaurant is nice. The decor is pretty to look at and nothing too crazy. The seats and tables are pretty nice though. It normally isnt too busy at this restaurant, so I had a pretty peaceful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and nice. They have a huge selection of food that are pretty delicious and the serving size is very generous for the low cost. I made the mistake of ordering too much food my first time there but you can always ask for a box to take with you. I always order the century egg porridge and crab puffs because they are my favorite items there and very delicious! They have such a big selection of food you can try something different each time. The wait for the food isnt too long, but some dishes so take longer than others so keep that in mind. They also have a take out option is you want a quick in and out as well. I believe they also deliver, I have never used the option but it is good to know. The menu is also online, so it is very convenient and they also have to go menus in the restaurant.

I go to this restaurant to drink very cold Chinese beer when I am in Antioch to visit my friend who lives in a nursing home 2 streets away from Lucky Chen. The family that owns this place are from Northern China and have been, in my 3 times visiting them, friendly to everybody. The beer is frosty cold and tastes very good! All of the diners I have seen to date were smiling and having a very good time. So, I feel that they liked their respective dishes. This place serves Northern Chinese food, too, and you should try some! I lived in Dong Bei Chunguo (Northeast China) and there are many good dishes from the Northern reaches of China. Toilets and restrooms were clean every time I used them. I cant wait to return to see the nice folks who own Lucky Chen on November 1st and drink 4 bottles of Tsingtao Beer! As the Canadians like to say: "Ill be rockin and rollin and 4-pin bowlin"!!

VERY VERY SORRY ... I took a chance on this place. $45.00 for THE most horrible food Ive ever tasted. Dont waste your time, MONEY or appetite!!! I threw the garbage away! The previous reviews MAY BE a different cook because what I received was not even average. You can go to Safeway and get better Chinese food!!!

Great and fast service. Nice and quite dining. Amazing food. I have to accommodate for a special diet, and they do so with a smile. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food I had ordered was sat out for along time because the shrimp was rubber the food tasted like it was recook it was a 57.00 order never go back nasty Chinese food.

I ordered take out, it was delicious. We had shrimp chow fun, beef broccoli, chicken chow mein, garlic noodles and shrimp rice noodles. Great prices.
