On Sunday, June 12, 2011 around noon, I went to buy some cupcakes. Unfortunately, there weren’t many flavors to choose from. I bought a kahlua cupcake, a banana cream cupcake, a lemon cupcake, a peanut butter brownie square, and a chocolate-dipped cheesecake slice. The cupcakes and chocolate-dipped cheesecake slice cost $2.29 each and the brownie square cost $1.29 each. The prices are very reasonable, and the taste was more than satisfying. I’m happy! The kahlua cupcake is a chocolate cupcake that’s filled with kahlua cream filling, frosted with vanilla butter cream, drizzled with chocolate, and topped with a big drop of chocolate. The banana cream cupcake is a chocolate cupcake that’s filled with banana cream filling, frosted with vanilla butter cream, and topped with a chocolate-dipped banana chip. The lemon cupcake was filled with vanilla whipped cream, frosted with lemon butter cream, sprinkled with sugar, and topped with a lemon drop. The peanut butter brownie square is a basic chocolate fudge brownie that’s frosted with peanut butter and chocolate. The cheesecake slice is a basic cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, dipped in chocolate, drizzled with white chocolate, inserted with a lollipop stick. I’m local to Ontario and I’m pleased that there’s a bakery here where we can buy different kinds of bakery goods. Round cakes start at $11. That’s a great deal! There was a young man that was working there at the time. His customer service skills could use some improvement. He could have been more warm and welcoming. Other than that, I’ll definitely come back again to try their other cupcake flavors.

My best friend purchased my birthday cake at this bakery. When I went with her to pick up the cake we decided to pick up some cupcakes we wanted to try as well. The flavors were "Tequila Sunrise" "Kahlua" "Piña Colada" and "Strawberry Daiquiri" Well they might as well have been regular cupcakes. There was nothing special about the cupcakes at all. The actual cake wasnt any better. We were expecting a beautiful intricate cake and all we got was airbrushing and plastic cutout smack dab in the middle of the cake which actually tore off the frosting when we took it off. Major Disappointment to say the least. Never again going there.

When we went to pick up our cake, there were alot of cakes on the counter and flies were landing in the frosting. That was so gross, but we had no choice but to take our cake. Luckily it was in their refrigerator. When we got it home, there were absolutely no strawberries in the middle. We ordered Strawberry & Whipped Cream (souffle) and the filling was just whipped cream. The employees are rude and hung up on us several times when we called to complain about the lack of strawberries. The owner still has not responded, even though I call everyday. We will be looking for a new bakery immediately!

I have been eating Ontario Bakery cakes and treats my whole entire life and they are simply the best, nothing compare to the cakes that Chris, Matt, and Oscar along with the rest of the staff create. They care about their customers and the quality treats they make, if they didnt they wouldnt have just celebrated their 30th anniversary! Congrats to Ontario Bakery for the thirty years of hard work and here is to another thirty plus. I look forward to continuing buying all my cakes and treats from Ontario Bakery!!!

I been coming here for my sons cakes for 6 years now they did the same mistake 3 years in a row as usual i would place an order for a specific cAke 2 weeks before. When i would go pick up my cakes they would tell me they didnt have it cause they lost my order all 3 times i would get replacement cakes like just airbrushed cakes and nothing like what i payedfor. I really like their cakes im going back my son now turns 7 and if they dont lose my order for the 4rth year in a row i would give them their 5 stars.

Took my daughter and grandkids out to Ontario Bakery for their 30th anniversary celebration. They were serving free cake and ice cream, so why not? The marble cake they were serving was moist and delicious. Everybody just gobbled theirs down, so I guess they liked it, too. Spoke with Cathy Fabos, one of the owners. She was just delightful. I heard later that they served 1200 people that Saturday. I guess theyve made a few friends in 30 years. Congratulations to the family.

We had our wedding cake done at Ontario Bakery in 1996. It was stunning, and delicious. Recently, I had my 50th Birthday party cake done, and they are excellent. It turned out beautiful. When my sister brought the cake in the restaurant, people were making compliments how pretty and cool it was. We told them where to go. Thank you for making my birthday extra special with a delicious cake, and brilliant work of art. Ontario Bakery. 5 stars.

I was so impressed, I had to post it. Have to admit, I read reviews from other people, and the one about flies, was just not true. The place was immaculately clean and all their products were in a closed enclosure. If they had a problem in the past, it definitely was fixed. The service was great.. I had to wait a bit, because they give their absolute attention to you. The cake was perfect. GREAT experience.. Ill be going again...

I have been buying my cakes from Ontario Bakery for years. Their cakes are the most delicious cakes I have ever eaten. My wedding cake came out perfect (from an image that I gave them, and tasted even better than it looked. I have my kids birthday cakes made there every year, and I get more than what I need for the party because I love the left overs afterward. Tastes so good, you wont send any home with the guests.

Excellent service. The woman that helped us was very nice and sweet and helpful. This was my friend and mines first time there. She let us sample some of their homemade fudge... We ended up purchasing 2 pounds worth... Along with some beautiful cake pops. I do plan to return there again soon... With their kindness and awesome personalities and excellent items, they were all around... A "sweet" shop.

Got a awesome cake for my baby shower here. Loved the way it looked and it tasted great! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for any kind of cake from affordable sheet cakes to wedding cake. Heard of them through a friend, and I wont be going anywhere else for my cakes anymore. They also had a very friendly helpful decorators.

So many YEARS so many GREAT MEMORIES>>> Well first of all I have been married for 25 years, got our Wedding Cake at Ontario Bakery, two babies later and we have gotten ALL of our cakes from Ontario Bakery..We have NEVER had a bad cake. My experience with Ontario Bakery has always been positive.

I have getting my birthday cake from Ontario bakery since I was 3 years old (1971), I also had them make wedding cake in 1993! yum! I resently moved to Medford OR and my family drove from Palm Springs to get me a cake and sent it over night to me. Thanks so much for a wonderful 40th birthday!

Ontario Bakery has been making our cakes for years!!! They did our wedding cake back in 1984 now they are doing our childrens wedding cakes, birthday cakes and even our grandchildrens birthday cakes! Would not go any place else. Chris and his staff are awesome.
