I used to go here and have a good time. Not any more. One day I noticed my bill was rounded up before tax was added to give me a total. One penny was added to my subtotal. The penny was not important to me, however, the principle of my subtotal being incorrect was. I brought this to the attention of the shift manager who said it was not his fault and he would present this information to the owner. Just this past Friday, the same thing happened. Two beers at $5.50 came up to give me a total of $11.02. Again, I brought this to the attention of the same manager who went away to call the owner. The manager came back and told me he would take care of the bill, however, I could not return. What?!?! I asked why I could not return. He told me that the owner said that if I was going to complain about 2 cents, then I didnt need to come back. I asked to speak to the owner but was informed I could not because he was home ill. Another manager looking person told me that they didnt need people coming here yelling about 2 cents. The fact of the matter is I was calm and just wanted the issue resolved. I paid my bill with tip and left. There was no explanation for why there was an extra charge on my bill, the leadership just made me feel guilty for noticing their dishonestly. Youll also notice that when you go to Los Cabos, you are not given an itemized receipt and this rounding will generally be kept hidden from customers. Real classy guys.

Beer waiting for you? Do you own the place because thats not how most get treated. If you are, train the gals to live up to this claim. My last visit may have been my last and I started off going quite regularly. Most of the girls are in their own little world though and do not realize that they are WORKING. They seem to get caught up in conversations with their friends or favorites and can completely ignore a newly entered customer for 15 minutes because they simply arent paying attention. This place is not that big to have an excuse for that kind of poor service. If they are doing anything like dishes, BSing, or texting they will not attend to others until they are finished. Most of these gals need management there to baby sit them and make sure they are attending to customers properly. The gals should also have some clue as to whats on the sports channels each day. It is not a place that promotes sports that much but there are tons of tvs and why many show up but to show up and not see big games already on the screens instead of crime drama and God knows what, is sub standard. It all just wraps up to people doing the minimum for their customers and not being attentive to the things necessary to promote better business. Rudys is killing you up the street and now Hooters and Wild Wings is opening up locally. Good luck!

It was meh. We had a large group of people and we all ordered ad we got the check before our food came out. We orders the shrimp taco and and it came out after two hours and it was one REALLY small taco. We shouldnt even call it a taco it was just shrimp and a tortilla. We also orders the Cabo taco that was supposed to have guacomale,onions, salsa etc. and it came out as just chicken and a tortilla. They also ran out of rice

Feel like theyve given up, food takes forever, the wait staff has never been attentive and most recently I watched 3 different groups go complain because everyone just hangs around the POS and never took their orders(or they never actually got anything they ordered). The last straw was watching a waitress hoarding tacos(counted 15) at their station for 20 minutes before delivering them to any tables.

I go here at least four times a week. Great atmosphere but the girl bartenders do not have a friendly demeanour and do not know what they are doing. Great food, they always have specials, and certain days it is only a quarter to play pool. They also have a huge television (and plenty of smaller ones) for sports, Ive been watching the hockey playoff games there.

Went for taco Tuesday. It was crowded and service was slow. The live music was ok. It wouldve been more suited for a lounge though. Not very Latin inspired. The tacos were ok. Not authentic street tacos though. Overall I give it a C.
