This Starbucks is just like every other Starbucks. Nice employees and tasty beverages. It is kind of a pain to get in and out of the shopping plaza where this Starbucks is located (but it is nearest my office) . Also, about 1 in every 4 times I go I get a recovery card for a free item since my food/beverage took too long. I never really feel like I am waiting long so getting a free beverage is always a plus.

Not a happy place to visit. Think this has to do with one head person ( a tall redheaded lady that works there). I prefer going farther down the hill to the other Starbucks. Very helpful people down there. There is one guy at 24338 El Toro Rd that is just great. He alone would get 5 stars. that is the only reason I gave this place stars at all.

Three people behind the counter, but only one really working. Old folks having to walk back to the cash register for baked goods because workers couldnt be bothered to take it to their coffee counter.
