I really want to like this Starbucks; every table has an outlet and its close to my everyday needs but Ive already had 2 disputes at this location over incorrect orders (drinks being cold, wrong size, etc)..... and I think I now know why: A) they dont write the customers name or type of drink on their cups, nor do they call your name at the bar. This creates too much confusion; especially with all the foot traffic they have. B) theres many nationalities here, being Irvine and all, so its pretty easy for someone to get confused and just grab your drink.

Great location. Great layout too. Staff for the most part is wonderful. Only complaint is the one barista who calls his teammates stupid loudly enough for customers to hear, complains about his job, mocks the music he doesnt like when its played over the speakers- the most unprofessional employee I have ever seen at a Starbucks.

This is my favorite Starbucks! Its spacious and comfortable. They have great service, a friendly atmosphere and comfortable seating. I have online business courses and its one of the best places for me to relax, think and get my assignments done. I must add, the music selection is always on point and at the right volume.

Service at this Starbucks is good most visits and they always have my mobile order ready when I arrive. This particular Starbucks is always busy in the middle of the day. There is plenty of seating but often times the inside is full. There is usually seating outside if you dont need an outlet for power.

The establishment smells like rotting fish and the staff have their heads in the clouds. The girl taking my drink order asked me 3 times what it was because she was too busy watching the woman standing behind me! I will never come back to this Starbucks again. Not to mention this is filthy!

Pros: 1- spacious and cozy 2- ideal place to hang out with friends 3- friendly and professional staff 4- beautiful outdoor setting with many tables and chairs 5- most importantly, a great place for studying 6- reasonable hours of operation Cons: Nothing that I can think of

Great Starbucks, one of the nicest Ive seen thats perfect for studying or just getting your work done. Great layout; very comfy & great for people watching. Nice outdoor seating too. =) My only gripe about this place is that theres not many parking spaces available outside =(

I was never a fan of franchises, that being said Im definately not a fan of starbucks with its cheaply made, over priced coffee.. Im sure everyone has had starbucks, so decide for yourself if you want to support a company like Starbucks

Like the other reviewer said, the staff is pretty friendly. Im a resident in the Village and I go here often. I had to knock off a star because its gotten so crowded lately and I rarely find a seat inside.

The baristas are EXTREMELY quick; sometimes my drink is handed to me before Ive paid! Btw, its busy because theyre doing something right. I cant find a Starbucks in a pleasant neighborhood thats not busy.

Nice place to grab a drink and relax, but sometimes there will be a long line well other times its not. There is seating outside and seating inside. Free wifi and tons of outlets to charge electronic.

If you love the smell of smoke as you enter and exit a starbucks, you cant beat this place. Groups of smoker lounging within few feet of all entrances. Second hand smoke is a must here.
