Without question our favorite breakfast in all of Orange County. A little pricey but so very good! This place is as eclectic as ill get out with trinkets and fountains everywhere. Its all outdoor seating in their gardens surrounding their boutique. We seriously crave their Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Huevos Rancheros, and their French Toast covered in fresh fruit. Dogs are treated like royalty here too - the owner always bringing out treats for them. This place is so rad!

The food is pretty good although somewhat overpriced. Guess cant really complain with its location right by the Laguna Beach. The cafe is mostly outdoor seating so you will find a lot of dogs around, which is a plus for me. The place isnt too much like a restaurant and has a unique vibe with all the things they are selling.

You go to a window to order then you sit out in the middle of artifacts they are selling behind the building. No view, horrible food. For four people it was 71.00 for breakfast and it was slightly better than McDonalds at best. They serve fries that arent great with breakfast. Blah

Our first experience for lunch was not pleasant. It took 50 minutes for the hamburger and turkey club sandwich to be served. The fries were soaked in oil and hard as wood. The burger had no flavor and the turkey sandwich was had a rubber texture. Way over priced for what you get.

Such a relaxing place to eat! Nice garden atmosphere. Very good food,breakfast and lunch! Great staff. Wonderful, unique garden gifts to buy. Found some wonderful one of a kind things to buy for myself and for gifts. We drive from Riverside just to eat here!

Always a pleasure to relax in Johns garden. Its a refuge of peace, good food and fun merchandise all experienced in a historic cottage and large open garden. We love coming here every morning to warm our hearts after enjoying the cold Pacific waters of Laguna.

The food and service here are excellent. Prices are reasonable. Many restuarants in Laguna are overpriced tourist traps. Madison Square & Garden Cafe is a rose amongst thorns. I only wish they had more indoor seating, in case of bad weather.

So great!! One of the best restaurant and customer service experiences weve ever had. The owner was so down to earth and welcomed us and our dog so cordially. He greeted our dog with dog toys and treats. Five stars! I would totally return!

I really love this eclectic restaurant and gift shop. Great vibe, fun, very friendly; add beautiful and you have the magic of the Madison Square & Garden Cafe. The owner is very nice and well spoken of by locals. Love this place.

The Rockin bacon omlette I got was really bad. Very dry. I make a much more flavorful, luscious omlette with the same ingredients at home. Met friends here for brunch and itll NEVER happen again!

Prices are good hidden, after receiving the bill I knew why. Self service for a 19$ brutto beagle surrounded by stuff you can buy is like eating in a Factory Outlet. Im not satisfied...

Its an eclectic junk shop with tasty but pricey cafe-style food, in a great location in Laguna Beach. They wont let you use the Wi-Fi, but theres no line and the garden is nice.
