For a lunch spot this place is somewhat odd. It seems that they focus on meals for weight lifters either picked up or delivered to your house. The chicken was good tasting in a small portion and came in a microwavable plastic container. I was instructed to microwave the food myself in the dining room. Not a place for a business lunch or a place to go if you want a hot meal cooked for you, but possibly a decent place for picking up pre-made meals during a weight lifting program?

These meals are what they should be just food. What I love is they dont try and make foods that are unhealthy seem ok to eat like brownies and garbage that you should not eat anyways and market it as a healthy alternative. The end result is a meal that I would prep for myself without the garbage I would not. Dont change please dont get creative and mess up the best meal prep company that delivers in OC. Cheers David

Love the concept, great food ideas. Inexpensive meal prep so you dont have to. The smoothies look delicious as well and feature real fruit, not those powder packets so many places like to stock.
