The lowest level of professionalism for a manager or shift manager ever. Was there with my family just 30 minutes ago on Sunday 09/25/2016. Had a little complaint about one of my meal sides was not smelling or tasting ok they were kind enough to replace it . They took the whole plate and returned it but there was 4 pieces of chicken when they returned it it was only 3. We tried to tell them the manager was all like we took what was on the plate and returned it the same way. I told the manager we are not lying about one piece of chicken. She (the manager)answered very rudely : ok do you want another piece we were like thanks if it is that way this is our last time here. Never again to that place .

Love this place! Buttery goodness when you get the lemon garlic butter slathered chicken. Dont be afraid, the garlic offsets the massive amount of butter - so its great for your heart! ;) But really, they offer great healthful eating too. I just prefer the Papa Charo plate. Dine in is great since you get the bird right off the grill. Have yet to try delivery...

This place is so good. I randomly decided to try and Ill definitely be back. I had the spicy chick bowl, has lots of flavor and totally exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Real hidden gem! Charo Chicken here is fire!!! As in delicious. sandwiches were good as well as the egg drop soup. Will be here often!!
