Found this place near by on my yelp app...I frequent this area often and this is the first time Ive seen this place only to learn it just open 6 months ago. Break down: Had the bishop platter which is a sample of the brisket, rib, mild or hot link and chicken and two sides I had the bake beans and fries. The brisket was tender but kind tasted old....give 3/5 only cause I think it can get better Mild (beef)link 5/5 not spice at all so if you want a kick go with the hot (pork)link Chicken was my favorite very tender and juicy perfectly cook with the right amount of sauce. 5/5 Rib 5/5 very tender falling off the bone and juicy. Overall 5/5 will definitely be back around. Would be 10/5 if they had rib tips :0) since I am from Chicago

This place is simply amazing. Came in last Thursday and picked up the catfish and the bbq chicken to go. The staff was unbelievably friendly and took the time to explain the menu. The potato salad was the true star of the meal as it was just unbelievably well made. There is no question that if I ever have another "treat yourself" day I will come straight here.

Good friendly environment. I wanted to sample a little of everything they had to offer so I ordered the Bishop Sampler with a few sides and desserts to go. Im looking forward to this good meal. I was referred by a friend who said the food was off the chain. I pretty sure I will be back here very soon.

Unbelievably good barbecue with a soul food twist. I stopped eating dinner halfway through so I could head back to the counter and get a to go order for my wife at home. She hadnt asked for it -- I just felt it was that important that she get to experience their food.

I took a few bite and Im already giving a review lol. Sooooooo good! I got the rib, tritipand link dinner with two side( Mac and cheese and green beans). Just so good . Not to many bbq spot in Hayward AT ALL. And this one gets 5 stars from me!

Its hard to find BBQ better than I can make Everything was very tasty and the porshions were just right . finger licking good ! If youre looking for a good meal with home made taste go check it out.

If you like this place than youve never tryed good BBQ! Sweet Owners and lovely people but the BBQ is store bought and flavoring is generic. I understand why its called Just Potato Salad.

Pastor Bennett aka PB makes some delicious bbq. The seasoned green beans are tasty and try the Cream cake warm. The folks are friendly and the food is good. Makes a great combo!

TriTip Sandwich and the macroni and cheese is so good!!!! Also their fruit punch drink reminds me of home, perfectly flavored and sweet. The owners are nice and welcoming too.
