The drive thru is quick and the newly remodeled building looks modern and is usually clean. The parking is a bit awkward and the trash can in front of the building is unappealing. For the most part they get your order correct, but when they mess up, they mess up big time! They always seem to have troubles with the new additions to the menu and ordering 3 crunchy tacos no lettuce. Yep you guessed it, lettuce.

If you want nasty tacos and burritos with stale refried and a radioactive colored oil that seeps out, this is your place. I mean sure, the prices are cheap, but what else can you expect from a place that drops food on the floor, and then, after scratching in various places, the staff will brush it off and give it to you...sorry but I wont be getting sick here.

Ate in the dining room. All of the tables needed to be cleaned. We were surprised by the foul language from the staff talking loudly with each other and friends who had came in to visit with them. There was a family waiting for food with young children also in the dining room.

Service was very poor. Staff was extremely slow. They sent some one out to their car to get correct change for his order, and refused to take our order until he came back and paid. A to go order took almost 15 minutes. Wont bother to go back.

For fast food, its 4 stars better than Jack in the Box in Pismo Beach. The staff is attentive, courteous and accurate with their orders. This place is everything Jack in the Box in Pismo Beach is not.
