I am a multiple small business owner on vacation out of Nevada. My wife and I have patronized Panera Bread several times in the past week. While they offer free WiFi, having several companies comes with lots of emails. With my wife needing to run a errand (45 min to an hour) I chose to stay (outside on patio) to enjoy my iced coffee and hot cocoa. A very rude employee named Amber repeatedly came outside where I was alone and not interacting with anyone else intrusively and aggravating probed me for my intentions. I made her aware that my wife had ran an errand and that we were to meet and catch an Uber from the starting point she had left from, since I was still enjoying my products bought from Panera I basically want to know why we give school age kids authority to dispense poor customer service prejudging its patrons. Do I have to wear my business attire on vacation so snot nosed punk kids working fast food can show respect. Upon my wifes return this Amber returned to the outside again and said we were now considered loitering. With that being the case, put a timer on your WiFi if you dont want paying customers to inhabit your establishment when still consuming your products. Maybe I should have guzzled my hot cocoa in hopes of 3rd degree burns to the throat so I could sue for millions like McDonalds. No need to check my honest business emails anymore then. POOR JOB PANERA.. Learn some respect as I respectfully retain anymore accociation with your franchise. Never prejudge.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR BREAKFAST!! We have been here twice for breakfast. The first time the gave us day-old stale bagels because they didnt have any ready. They also werent ready to make any breakfast sandwiches. Today, we went there at 7:30 (they open at 6:00). They had zero bagels, zero. So I loaded my three hungry babies back in the van and went left. You can imagine that did not go over well. What kind of breakfast place doesnt have breakfast available AN HOUR AND A HALF after they open?!? Needless to say, we will not go to this Panera again.

Everrrrrrrrrytime I come here, they are always out of stuff. All I get is, Im sorry were out of this and were out of that. For a company as popular as Panera and as busy as this one is the management could appropriately account for their items in inventory and project for what they will need and then some. And if you discontinue something take it off you menu as quickly as possible. Dont let it sit there and make people think you have it. If I can give a negative star rating I would.

I was staying at the hotel right next to this location and the first time I went they gave be less than a milliliter of dressing for my salad, the next day I go the dont put any dressing at all, and they take 10 minutes to make my iced chai(usually only takes one minute) then once they make it they mess it up and end up having to re do it. All I have to say is unacceptable

The service was Slow, mostly accurate with the order with a couple of mess-ups. It was pretty expensive for 2 half sandwiches a half salad and a bowl of cheesy macaroni. (~$26.00) A lot of the tables needed to be bussed, Unless I was feeling very wealthy I dont think I would return.

I made an online order and I made a mistake by selecting the wrong soup. When I mentioned it, the manager said that they could not take the cup of soup I was given back, but was generous to give me a cup of the soup I wanted at no charge. Rare to see that kind of service anymore.

With myself as their only customer in their establishment, ordering 3 bagels sliced and toasted proved to be too difficult. Good thing I checked my bag. After going back in, I was met with attitude. I wonder what happens during a lunchtime rush....

Panera is always a reliable place to pick up food. The perk about this place is the drive through! When you arent feeling too social, you can pick up a meal without much interaction. I thoroughly enjoyed this place and it was relatively quick!

Good quality food, and the prices are spot on. The portions arent on the hearty side, but thats okay because if you want more then a second order brings your bill up to what youd expect to pay for a hearty meal.
