So one night girlfriend dragged me to come to this place, and try some of the food. I went there with low expectations, but I found out the food aint so bad. I want to clarify that Im a vegan, and unfortunately they dont have soy meat or tempeh, but they do have some nice vegetarian dishes. The Red bean paste noodles with no meat was pretty damn good, and they suggested the Kung Pao Tofu, which was surprising good. But I think the Mushu with no eggs took the cake. Overall the food was pretty damn good, but I really wish they would make soy meat chicken in kung pao sauce. That would be damn good.

We ordered three sea jjam bbong and jjam bbong and sweet sour beef (spicy style tang soo yook) Tang soo yook is more covering than meat. Some were 100 percent covering flour and no meat instead. There were some without any meat inside, the sauce was pretty good tho. The jjam bbong and the three sea jjam bbong had NO DIFFERENCE. The only difference was the price. So dont order the three sea one. The taste of the jjam pong soup is not bad, and overall, the noodle was tasty. FYI: this is Korean style Chinese food.

Great choice for Chinese Korean food (that is: Chinese food made for Korean tastes, so much so that theres a decent argument to be made that its more Korean than it is Chinese). The 80s decor and no-frills service is part of the charm(?). As youd expect, the menu is dizzyingly long, but Ill leave you with one recommendation: the Kung Pao Tofu. The sweet and very slightly spicy sauce somehow complements the fried tofu and peanuts better than it does its shrimp- based cousin.

Very very rude service!!! Not family friendly at all! My child was crying and I was told to shut my kid up. He was only crying less than 2 mins. And when I started breastfeeding him, I was told I couldnt. There were only 2 other tables there who was talking and laughing louder. I use to always eat and order food here but after today, Ill never come back. Ive never had such consistently bad service. The food is not worth the really bad service.

We always have dinner in Glendale when were in town for baseball, since Jax is now closed we found Damons right down the block. At first it was a little overwhelming because it was packed (literally). We had drinks at the bar (a must for first timers) then went to our table about 30 minutes later.

Pros: Tastes good. Great service. Price. Cons: If you are sensitive, allergic to MSG, forget this place. I ate here twice and the MSG is just too strong even when I ask them to not use it. Looks like I will go back to Panda Express where they dont have MSG and good value for the price.
