Let me start by saying that we are Thai food connoisseurs and try different places all around the world. We happened to be in the area and decided to try this place, ordered Tom yum soup and it was basically water with shrimp and chicken. I talked with the waitress and she was angry that we didnt like the soup, instead of being polite and trying to fix it, she had a disgusting attitude about it. They were preparing green curt chicken for us but this lady came at us with a come back " so if u dont like the curry u not going to like it either". At that point I told her just to cancel our order because of her rudeness payed for our drinks and left. Beware if u go and try it out.

This used to be our fall-back Thai Restaurant. It was never spectacular. Quit eating there, then just gave them another try last night. It was worse than a remember. No one was too fond of the pad thai. The chicken satay was practically cremated - we brought it home and fed it to our dogs. The fried rice "sucked" (in my husbands and sons words). I got tom kar kai soup and a salad. Neither were exciting. We left feeling like wed completely wasted our money.

Not the best Thai food choice around here. I Ordered a Thai BBQ ribs dinner a lot of the pieces were burned and kind of dried, then the shrimp fried rice only had one shrimp on top I dig around to see if anything was hidden on the bottom and nope all rice. The plate is $12 for 4 pieces of ribs and rice. Is pretty disappointing definitely do not recommend this place for any one.

Used to be good Thai food. Service wasnt good, and food wasnt what it use to be. When food was burned, owner blame on the grill. It was more than 5 times that I ordered same food, and it was never burned like that. When I asked for scissors to cut off burned part, I felt like I was the picky customer. They should have get us new dish. Who wants to pay for burned food.

Thai Original BBQ is about your expectations. If youre looking for fine Thai cuisine, no, dont come here. If youre looking for "fast" Thai food, this place is definitely a cut above, and recommended. Food was solid quality, slightly Americanized (spicing is mild), the service is good, and its a nice little place for lunch or a casual dinner. Ill definitely go back.

This place is wonderful. Never got to sit down at this location, because we always order out. This time I had the BBQ chicken with a bit of shrimp and rice. The rice taste and looks like Spanish rice, it is so good. I have also tried the Pad Thai and Pad Se Ew here which are both great. The green curry is also to die for.

Its been a while, but I generally come here with friends after catching a show at AMC 20, which shares the lot. The food is delicious and authentic, and they are fairly priced... just keep in mind most Thai restaurants serve food family style, so be ready for large portions that are meant for sharing.

Very good food. Decent portions for the money for OC. LA places are cheaper with larger portions, but this place is the most comparable place webe found. Oh and just ask to have them alter plates from mild instead of spicy and they do get it just right.

Amazing Thai food! I am by no means a Thai food expert, but I know what I like and this place is delicious. The portions are big as well. With two dinner combos I fed 4 adults comfortably. Not the cheapest but like I said, generous proportions.

Food is great however the service sucks. Takes forever to get someone to take the order and even longer waiting for the food! Everytime you go in in to eat seems the employees themselves are too busy eating ignoring the customers.

The food here is really good and super affordable. I come here when I craving Thai cuisine the beef satay is delicious and bbq ribs are one my favorite, drunken noodles and padi is a must.. I like it here.

The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The only reason it doesnt get five stars is the smell! A very unpleasant odor that we noticed as soon as we came in.
