We used to get take out from them all the time when we lived on that side of town. I thought the owner was very friendly and took pride in his dishes. I miss the food frankly. Now I live near Woodward Lake and can find NO decent Chinese food. Chongs was OK until they changed ownership. I stayed with them until one day while waiting for some take out an old man came through the front door with a big fish taken from the from the river (supposedly). He took it straight back to the kitchen. I asked the owner if that was to go on the menu and she looked sheepish and admitted, YES. You have to be kidding me. I dont know if that is a fresh fish or dead two days! Later Chongs.

I ordered beef and broccoli over pan fried noodles, the beef and broccoli was cooked when I ordered it, which I got to see over the counter. But their pan fried noodles were not fresh. I asked the lady to make me some fresh noodles, she stated it would take too long. I replied I dont mind the wait. She refused to tell the cook. I will never order from here again.

I feel bad writing a review to tell you not to eat here, but I wish someone would have written a review to stop my wife and I before we went. There was a lot of chow mein and rice, but it was very bland and dry. The additional sides (for the combinations) were tiny and, again, rather flavorless. Theres much better out there.

Was good but has gone downhill. Large portions but food quality not great. Seems I am always overcharged. Even when the English speaking daughter takes my order I am still paying $40 for two people! Not worth it, rather drive the extra mile to a different place.

I dont really like Chinese food, but for some reason I liked this one and I think their prices are reasonable. Its definitely a restsurant more for take out than dine in. They give a good amount of food, which is nice if you have a big family.

Small portions, 40.00 wasted in my book. Food looks old and taste bland we took a chance since we are new to the area and were very disappointed. Save time and money and KEEP DRIVING. AND HOW DO YOU SCREW UP FORTUNE COOKIES? Nasty

Went there for the first time with my family and bought two meals...we have enough left overs for two days. Excellent food, excellent portions! If you are looking for a good chinese spot...this is it! And the prices are right on point

I bought a dinner plate with sweet and sour chicken, half chow main and half fried rice. It was absolutely disgusting! I threw it in the trash! My chow main tasted like soap and friend rice was mushy and gross. Very disappointing.

BEST place for quick tasty food big portions one order feeds 2 or 3.... TERIYAKI CHICKEN and PAN FRIED NOODLE ARE SOOO GOOD. love this place! try it for yourself! 7 dollars for this dish and lots of it!
