This is the worst Chinese food that I come across in my life. The seafood taufu pot was so waterly that it resembled a pot of soup. The seafood in the pot was fishy. The stirred flied Chinese broccoli tasted like water boiled. The chicken with ginger and green scallion was overcooked. The chicken meat was mushy and looked like left overs for a few days. Yuk ! The Thia rice noodle was overcooked and too sweet. We left 90% of the food untouched and left. I really wonder why this restaurant has such high rating.

Have been dreaming about this since my move to NYC. Most items were okay, however since the head chef has changed, the flavor isnt the same. There is less salt(a good thing) however their signature dish-fried kobacha with salted egg yolks, had no egg yolks and a hair! other dishes were lacking in flavor(no garlic/vinegar, no black beans). Overall a mediocre visit that will not be repeated.

Ive been coming here for about four years. Some of my favorites are the walnut prawns, Mandarin spare ribs, & mushrooms & chinese cabbage. They have a menu that you can choose 3 items for $18. The portion of one item can easily feed 2- 3 people. I usually like to get the 3 items so I can have leftovers for the next day.

cheap good food. for some of you that prefer fast food but great taste. this is definitely the place. the selection comes in handy with 3 for $20 menu. the selection offer is definitely excellent and the portion is quite big. definitely enough for left over and they are still tasty the next day. highly recommended.

This is the best Chinese Food in Fremont. Not a real high class building. But the great food and value more than make up for it. Dont tell anybody though its already crowded. You could go to fast food and pay more. But, they wont serve you at the table and you wont have any leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Good cheap Chinese food. One of my favorite Chinese food place in the bay area. I love their curry beef tendon pot, salt & pepper fried squid and fried cod. Their menu has pictures for almost every dishes, great for non-chinese speakers. But of course, like all Chinese restaurant, dont expect great services.

Growing up in San Francisco, Yong Kang is an excellent choice for a Cantonese family style restaurant. The food is tasty, theres an excellent variety of entrees at a reasonable price, and the portions are large. Everything youd want in a family style restaurant. Its the best in Fremont.

Cheap, plentiful Chinese food that is served very quickly. Ive only been at lunch time, but it is a regular spot when we have a large group from work heading out. We have our staples, chili beef, rock cod, curried beef, salted squid... Less than $10 per person (with tip).

I agree with the other reviews! This is the best Chinese restaurant in Fremont. The scrambled egg with prawns, the tofu chicken, and the beef stew clay pot are my personal favorites! The cost is low and portions are generous! Definitely will be coming back here

Excellent green beans, and Beijing pork ribs. Only $7 per dish for dinner! Very decent portions. Service very fast and pragmatic. Served me so fast it felt like the food arrived before I finished ordering. Would definitely come back!

The best authentic Chinese food in Fremont. A tremendous variety of dishes for reasonable cost... I love the Chinese broccoli, chicken celery with sausage, the taro claypot... Very delicious. Always a feast for eat in or takeout.

Food was amazing really loved the shrimp make sure to bring cash though if not they do have an ATM I highly recommend eating there very affordable big portions and did I say it was delicious?

Genuine, delicious, inexpensive. Can be a bit hectic but the staff is prompt. Try the fried cod, comes with a yummy broth, huge portions! Highly recommended!
