They are generally very good. Friendly, quick service, and not really too costly. Tables are kept clean, supplies stocked, and very useable restrooms. It is a family favorite. The only bad experience we ever had was when we came in a few minutes after opening and requested the thick crust, small pizza. They politely explained they could not make it at that time. We ate the regular, which was not cooked evenly, funny enough. About an hour after arriving, and as we were on our way out, we heard other customers being served the very same thick crust we wanted. We could only assume that perhaps the oven hadnt warmed up or adjusted in time for us, but was fine in due time. We will gladly come again, but not so close to opening times.

Well ok Im from NY so have opinions on pizza. These are personal pies here about $8-10. They add whatever toppings you want, and I man whatever! So that is nice. But they are all about 1000 calories? How is that possible?: they use a thin crispy dough and brush it heavily with oil. This is not healthy - about 200 calories in oil alone. So I opted for a salad - again with anything I wanted, which was nice. For protein I picked natural chicken and natural bacon. But both were just wadded up/shredded/damp, not crispy, flavor not discernable in the salad. Also about $8-10. Fewer calories but no real value. Oh well. At least convenient to work and seated 6 people.

Normally I really love pieology. It was slow and the 2 employees behind the counter carried on in their conversation for almost 5 min before even acknowledging that I was there waiting to order. Then the guy makes my pizza with his gloves on, rings me up and give me my Change with the glove on. That would be fine if he changed his gloves before going back to making food but he didnt. Out of all kinds of things. No lids for the cups or Parma. Hot and stuff in the building. I wont be returning to this location

Foster City Pieology - first they burn my pizza, then a girl comes with a list of ingredients written on piece of paper to confirm with me and the new pizza I get is like an Australian map with three things missing. I generally like the place but I recommend never to go an hour before they are closing cuz its all rushed. Have seen it a couple times, but I only have this one close to where I live and make a trip once month. Good pizzas, staff needs a tad bit training.

I love Pieology so much more than other build your own pizza places in the Bay! This one is especially really good, but sometimes they skimp on toppings. The last time we were here, I asked for spinach and the guy making my pizza put 4 leaves on the pizza... I asked for more and he put one more leaf on it. So in terms of toppings, they could do a bit better!

We ordered 2 pizzas to be ready at 7:15. When we arrived at 7:15, they did not even make the pizza. They began to remake it, and we saw our pizza out of the oven a few minutes later, but no one boxed it until we asked about our pizza.When we finally got our pizza(7:38 PM) they did not even apologize.Good pizza, horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

Okay food, terrible service. I stayed across the street at a hotel. Got in late the first night so ordered a pizza online. It was 20 minutes late. The second night was working with a co-worker and ordered 2 pizzas, one sausage and one spicy chicken. We picked up the pizzas and went back to the hotel to find 2 spicy chicken pies. Arg!!!

Love this restaurant chain just for the fact you can customize in a way you cannot do elsewhere and the taste is fresh. Would have given 5 stars but for the fact there is only 1 line and you have folks standing outside the door in the weekend evenings and it could take an hour before you can get the pizza during those times.

I love pizza and most when it is healthy, you can choose the ingredients and the toppings for your own pizza and there is not much time to wait from while you pay the food and while you get your drinks and take a table when someone appears with the pizza I choose hot and with a very nice flavor to eat.

Took us 45 minutes to get our pizza because of the slowness of the employees. They were inefficient and constantly seemed confused about what they were doing. Each Customer pizza sat on their counter for 15-20 minutes before they could figure out who it was for, slice it, and give it to the customer.

Pizzas are good and you get to choose sauce, toppings, and base. The poor rating is because we have been too many times now and it has been closed or closing due to staff shortages! One day they even ran out of cheese! I hope they get their act together because the concept and food is good.

I love pieology but this place is just not up to par. Same pieology look, but fascinatingly slow service, and now 3 times my pizza from them has been cold in the center after coming out of the oven. Pieology is great! Just go to a different location than this one.

Fun and energetic staff. They have great suggestions for those unsure how to customize their pizzas and they dont skimp on the toppings. Great meal (or two!)for a great price! Coworkers and income by at least once every two weeks!

Have been a number of times now. The customizability is great. The family loves all the options and relatively speaking the price is good. Maybe Im getting too many toppings though as half the time my crust comes out burned.

Staff is doing a good job on a busy sat afternoon. I like the variety of toppings and ability to really customize (like jalapenos on half to please my father). Pizza comes out fast and the price is right.

Busy and Pizza was of not the same quality. This is the 1st time in years we did not finish the pizza...due to its hardness.... Request all Pieology centers not to reduce the quality for Business....

Food was very yummy and less than $10 per person for unlimited toppings. Staff was very friendly and the whole process was quick. Inside is clean and there is plenty of seating. There is a parking lot.

Crust was burnt on the sides. The supervisor lady was rude. And of course you have to wait for at least 15 mins if there are a few folks in the line. I am sure one can find a better pizza place.

Alfredos Alfredo veg pizza was tasty. One can either customise the pizza base, sauce & toppings or choose from a list of pizzas on their menu. they are thin crust pizza, good for 1 person.

It was a new an interesting experience and the pizza was pretty good, but the workers are a little distracted. Our pizza took a while to make it out. It feels a lot like Qdoba or Chipotle.
