Though I love Thai food and also this restaurant, I am writing a negative review because of my experience today. My toddler was moving his legs which hit the foot board of the seat we were seated on and had some tapping noise. He was just being a toddler and not causing any nuisance to anybody. But the waiters seemed to have a problem with it and everyone passing our table kept asking him to stop it. And some of them even told us parents ( me and my husband) to make him stop doing it telling us they had other customers. We even obliged and asked our kid to stop doing it. He did stop but occasionally his legs did hit the foot board, unintentionally. And then one of the waiter walks to us and tells us we have to ask our kid to stop it else he would move us to another table as other customers are getting disturbed. I asked him if someone had complained and he told yes. So I told him my boy was just being a toddler and we couldnt expect him to sit still. And more over he was not cranky, crying or throwing any tantrum. He was most well behaved for a child and eating his dinner. If someone complained of this child, he (waiter) had to move them to a different table and not us. I wonder why this different treatment to different customers? I am very saddened by this behavior of adults who forget they were once children too. Parents be aware before you take your kids to this restaurant. And till the no one even apologized for their attitude towards us. I may not want to return here. I am sure there are more Thai restaurants in town to fulfill my Thai food cravings.

My husband and I recently moved to EDH and have been looking for great places to chow down! This is definitely one of our favorite spots so far. We ordered two lunch specials to share; Thai Fried Rice with Chicken and the Garlic and Mixed Vegetables with Chicken. Both were so good!!! First off, the portions are HUGE (Which is great! We dont eat huge portions, so it left enough for a snack the next day.) The prices are great! Their peanut sauce on the appetizer salad is the best Ive had so far. The food is so fresh and its not overly seasoned/loaded with sauces like most places. The Thai tea was so yummy too! Not too sweet, how we like it. There was even a cute flower on the top, made from the straw wrapper. Service was nice and timely, food was quick. Silverware, glasses and dinnerware were clean. The entire place was very well kept, clean (including bathrooms), and had a great ambiance. Again, we found a favorite spot, for sure.

We first moved here six months ago and went to Thai Paradise. I have loved Thai food for many years but our experience put me off it. I recently tried Folsom Thai, next to Bed Bath and Beyond and it was amazing. Its not as easy to spot as Thai Paradise but do yourself a favor and go there instead. Our Thai Paradise experience was truly horrible. I waited tables in college and so I am extremely patient with waitstaff, but we were ignored for over a half hour after being sat. The dining area is tiny and cramped and of course we had a table full of squawling children next to us (not quite the restaurants fault, I know, but the close quarters doesnt help). Then the food, when we finally got it, was mediocre at best. When we tried to pay and get out to some peace and quiet, we were twice given the bill for another table rather than our own. And for all that, it was expensive. There is nothing that could entice me back to that place.

Arrived and we were seated right away, ordered quickly getting yummy sweet potatoes and chicken sa-tay. Enjoyed a very refreshing thai iced tea with free refill which was a bonus! Two of us had pineapple fried rice, one pad thai and a mango salmon salad. I wouldve liked a little more pineapple flavor vs lets just throw a couple pieces of pineapple in to the mix at the end and call it pineapple fried rice... the other patron also agreed, service was great and the pricing was fair for the portions received. Not my favorite thai food, but definitely a good choice for thai food in Folsom! Thanks!!

I have been a patron of Thai Paradise for many years...since they first opened. The food is generally very good and the staff are very nice. I especially like the curries; the sautéed green bean chicken is excellent. My one complaint is that they just recently increased their prices across the menu...many items going up by $2 or $3 each, which might not seem like a lot until you get the bill. I had sticker shock last time I ordered. I will either come less frequently to Thai Paradise or order less in the future, as I dont want to pay $10-12 more on top of what I normally used to pay.

BEST Thai Food in Folsom. This place has been our favorite place for quite some time. My husband and I always come here if we want to have ThaiFood. The food and service is excellent. Let me tell you all the recommended dish. 1. Spicy Egg Noodle. 2.Spicy Pompano Fish. 3.Tom Kha Kai. 4.Lemongrass Chicken. 5. Sweet and Sour (taste is different with the Chinese food one). 6.Green Curry. Give it a try and thank me later :D haha!

I was absolutely impressed by this restaurant. It was slightly busy when my family went in but the service was still amazing. The food was definitely the highlight of the dinner. We loved the appetizers, fresh spring rolls and sa-tay. Both very delicious. We also ordered noodles, fried rice and curry and they had good vegetarian options. The place and menu are very family friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The thai food here is pretty legit and tasty, but the service can be inconsistent. This is not from first hand experience, as Ive been served fairly quickly whenever Ive had lunch there, but I have noticed that there would be groups that have been there before us that were served after us. Maybe I asked nicely? Aside from that, the Mango curry is where its at

Been eating here a few times and I really liked the place.. Last Fathers day not only did we notice the prices kept climbing but we had a terrible experience with the food.. can excuse maybe wasnt the regular chef but the staff wasnt kind about making right what they screwed up with our order. Never went back and dont plan to since I live so far.

Its odd that entrees dont come with rice & rice has to be ordered; rice is a staple in Asia & is usually given for free with each entree. We were rushed out of the restaurant & because we didnt leave a tip, one of the employees asked "Youre not leaving a tip?" Tip is to show gratituity & we werent grateful for the service. Entitled much?!

This place is amazing. I havent gone there and been disappointed with a meal. So I cant suggest anything because I dont know the a best item. Be warned it get super crazy at lunch times because a ton of Intel employees show up. Also they do carry-out which I never thought about for a Thai place but is really good as well.
