had a craving for good Mexican food, but instead had Casa Ramos. wasnt all bad. the chips and salsa were good. the service was pretty good as well. My glass rarely was empty. The food though left much to be desired. My wife ordered chicken fajitas. they were very thinly cut and resembled the kind you buy in a bag in the frozen food section. no flavor, and kept getting peices of what we thought was gristle in it. A sign of good authentic Mexican food is fresh made tortillas. with that said... casa Ramos had thin tortillas that looked and tasted store bought. I could.go on but I think I made my point. I Grew up near Mexico, great Mexican food was alwase available....just not at casa ramos

Food was decent, but service was glacial and inconsistent We were greeted and drink orders taken fairly quickly then things went downhill. Eventually our orders taken. Then our server took about 45 minutes off. Dinner finally came, but they made my order wrong and had to remake it. That took another 15 minutes, my friends were just about finished when I started eating. My food was OK, but thats it. My friends ordered the Molcajete and quite enjoyed it. I tried a bit and it was very tasty. After a wait like we experienced, I thought maybe they might offer us a complimentary dessert or maybe take something off the bill. But no...

For the price of the food the quality was Terrible. Went here for a business lunch. 2 of the three ordered a pop/soda the third ordered water. We were charged for 3 drinks at 2.50 a piece. There was a fly buzzing around the whole time. We ordered the poppers and looked like they just threw them on a plate. We finished eating and had to stare at our dirty plates for 20 minutes before someone took them. One more note.... We had that service and the place was not busy at all maybe 3 other tables of people.

Place is good but the waitress are wow .... needs some update as specially when you order a cadillac margarita on the rocks w/o salt and arrives with salt and no grand orage liquor on side ... now that place is knowlage is ...lets see where is it . Than she grabed my Margarita and at the bar as she looking at me wipeing it off the salt , instead of making another one with out salt . I was like whaaaaat? Hellooooo? Yeap ... no tip on this one. Sorry , thats just not right.

Service was very slow despite arriving for lunch at 11:15. Ordered jalapeño poppers that were described as handmade - ended up being frozen/reheated. Had burgers off the kids menu that tasted like kangaroo meat, paid $10.00 for burnt nachos. Husband ordered two item combo, his taco shell was wet and disintegrated. Will definitely not be returning.

I went on a date to have drinks I sat and ordered a beer for me and a drink for the lady I was with and after I finished the beer I got hit with the check without asking me if I wanted another one or even if I wanted food I took it as their asking me to leave so I did so and never went back there again thats bad service

For starters our waiter took for ever to greet us and take our order then we waited for our food for 40 min!! Ridiculous since the place was empty with probably only 4 tables occupied. Food was Ok but nothing extraordinary and a little pricey. Overall I will not be coming here again nor recommend.

This is our go-to place when celebrating anything with our in-laws. The service is always great the food is absolutely delicious my husband always orders the archeza plate and you just cant beat the flavor of this marinated steak and tonight I had the best pina colada Ive ever had

Went on Wednesday for mariachi music. They were ok for dinner music. The food was "pretty" o the plate, but the flavors were like taco bell. Way over priced. La Fiesta on east Bidwell is the best.... Casa Ramos took 1/2 hr to get our food....La Fiesta takes about 5 minutes.

Always thought They had good food until my last experience I was eating a burrito and a huge piece of metal brillo pad was in my food and when I said something about it they didnt even comp my food. Could have majorly hurt me if I would have swallowed it. Never again!

I get the Mexico Street Tacos! Best Steak Tacos in town. Love them! The owner, Mr. Ramos is at the door to greet customers, perfect little touch. Its a bit funny that the old applebees apples are still on the tile in the bathroom. But, love the food.

I have a restricted diet and am not able to eat out much the people at Casa Ramos prepair my food so I dont get sick, food is always delicious the margaritas are always great and service is the best thank you great job
