I was next in line and the customer in front bought like a hundred gift cards and there was only one cashier I waited 10 minutes before the gal asked for help and the manager/supervisor was very rude to her in her response. I dont blame the cashier but if someone is going to buy that many gift cards during rush hour there should be a better system. The manager didnt provide an extra person to help and the poor girl had to run 2 registers in order to somewhat move the line. Not very good customer service.

Revised: recently had a very poor customer treatment experience where a manager told me that filling up my cup with ice would hinder their ability to have an ice supply for their drinks . . . . So yeah . . . I havent been back and I was a regular and tipped! Never had a problem with the drinks, they were always good! Already reported this to Corp and they were very kind but I was severely disappointed!

They were short handed, it was New Years Eve. The drive thru line was ridiculously long, 1 barista. My rewards card somehow was saying that my birthday reward was already used when my birthday was on December 28th. My drink was comped due to the glitch and my rewards card with a smile, I thank you, & a happy new year. It took a little longer to get my coffee, but it was made perfectly!

Worst Starbucks ever. I promised I would never go there again because of the horrible drive thru service. Stupid me I spend 5.00 on another bad experience. Employees still need tons of customer service training. Expecially in how to treat customers. Lord please let another coffee shop open in town. Until the back to mc Donalds for me.

Terrible service and well I would give the customer service 0 starts but its not an option . The person taking my order (Dale) was very rude. To make this short I wont be coming back to this Starbuck. Its a good thing I dont live in filmore because I wouldnt be able to live with out starbucks.

My husband and I stopped to get a mocha 5/15/11 we were there for 15 mins just waiting to order our coffee. There were two girls in front of us who were too busy talking to the server, but not once did anyone come and apologize. Service was terrible, would never go there again.

They do not give the Mobil Orders the priority they are suppose to have. I literally have learned to order 10 minutes ahead of arrival and its a 50/50 chance of it being ready upon arrival.
