Friendly staff and always great coffee. The downfall of this location ( along with all Starbucks that have a drive thru) is the overwhelming number of people who utilize the drive thru. People complain about slow service but that is because the drive thru is packed and company policy dictates that they serve the drive thru as quickly as possible (it is timed) . So please give the staff a break, each customer doesnt always order just 1 coffee drink, think about coffee runs that people do for an entire office. If you dont want to wait in the drive through for "an hour " as some claim just walk inside they are really kind and try their best to get your drink to you quickly.

I had the worst wait in the drive thru on olive and 65 in Porterville. I could not go inside store as I had my fur baby and it was over 75°. This has been happening a lot at this store they apologize every time but Id rather get my drink in a quicker fashion then constantly apologize for their inability to run the drive thru efficiently....

This store is so awkwardly located and is quite small. None of that matters when you come in. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very comforting. You wont find wireless chargers here but its still a great place to plop down and get some work done or have a nice conversation with friends.

The last 5 times (4 times to many) that Ive been here Ive had to wait an hour in the drive thru!! I cant imagine if there were an emergency because once your in line there is no way to get out. I thought it would be faster walking in, but the wait time is about the same.

If I could give this place a negative stars I would. The customer service is terrible. They get your order wrong and then get upset because you ask them to fix it. I DO NOT recommend this place. Go to any other Starbucks.

I always come here cuz its close to my house, but Im not coming back, it took them 15 minutes to make 2 caramel Frappuccinos, and I asked for caramel ribbon crunch.

There best one in Porterville. The service is great and messed up drinks are rare; and I always get a crazy drink. Plus, they have comfortable chairs.

Cool little Starbucks thats open late with power outlets at most tables. They didnt mind me hanging out for a few hours to do some work.

Not a very large space, but it is cozy. There were crumbs on the leather chairs at 5:45 am. The staff is wonderful though!
