first off, i am never one to complain or write bad reviews of a place, because no place is perfect. And i understand that. But really, GET A DANG ORDER RIGHT FOR ONCE!!!!! I have pretty bad hives reactions to weird things, the water content in pickles, tomatoes, jalopenos, i dont know why, but i do. 6 OUT OF 10 TIMES i order food from here, the order is wrong. I order a stacked grilled cheese burger box, no lettuce, no tomato, no pickle, the tacos no lettuce, and then a monster nacho taco with no jalopenos. A little picky, yes, has to be that way due to my hives reaction. they almost NEVER get it right!! on top of that, 9 times out of 10 they just give it to me how it comes!!! which you know wouldnt be a big deal IF I WAS NOT ALLERGIC TO THE STUFF! Had i eaten any of it, and been in the hospital, you can BET theyd be hearing from my lawyer, the drive through people are usually high schoolers and are extremely not experienced, the cashiers inside are usually rude, if this was not the only jack in the box near me, i would NEVER GO THERE! It blows my mind how bad it is sometimes. I am a firm believer that since the company has no problem taking their money out of my account in .8 seconds, i should get my food right. And especially since im ALLERGIC to some of the stuff they put on there. completely careless.

Orders are always correct, and delicious! UPDATE: this morning everything they did was wrong. When I arrived they had all their doors locked at 10 in the morning. There may have been a spill on the floor, and perhaps they were mopping the floor but they would not let anyone in. When the doors did open it was a huge line, and nobody came to serve them, 4 people walked out because they were not served. They didnt even take their orders. One person had their order wrong, my breakfast had no syrup, another person was waiting and they forgot about her order, lots of people lining up and nobody taking their orders. Drive-thru was about 17 or 18 cars in a line. Im sure the employees were trying to get orders out, but they acted as though they didnt care. Not Friendly to anybody or apologetic. A total collapse of this crew. What can I say today they blew it. People waited 20 minutes for their food! I forgot to mention the employees Park in front where customers want to park. A SILVER KIA is always parked right in front of the door! REALLY?? Also another silver car (a Dodge I think) next to it sometimes, taking up two prime spots! The Dodge shows in someone elses photo on here. REALLY GUYS??? DOES THE OWNER KNOW YOU CONSTANTLY TAKE UP TWO PRIME SPOTS?

the worst fast-food experience ever. chose to go inside as I was already parked from visiting another store, and the drive-thru had a line. I was the only customer at the counter, and it took over 15 minutes to take my order. One manager was cleaning tables, and workers behind the counter wouldnt even look up (except for an occasional peek, but no eye contact). A few minutes in the table cleaner yelled someones name for them to help me, but no one responded. A while later another manager behind the counter yelled out to the manager cleaning tables, but still no one helped. A second customer came in a few minutes later and had to wait about 10 minutes behind me. Finally the order was taken, but then it still took a while to get the food. I dont think the employees realize they have a job because of the customers. Everyone was in their own world, and cared nothing about good service. The food was not worth the wait.

AWFUL experience!!!! Went into the store just a while ago to get breakfast. Had to write this review. Didnt get any service whatsoever. I was waiting for more than 5 minutes. Associates didnt take the time to lookup to greet or even say "Well be right with you." Finally I had to say "is Anyone working here." The guy working the window, I believe he was the manager on duty looked at me but didnt acknowledge me until I said that Ive been waiting long. All he said was there was only one cashier. This is the worst customer service. Manager needs to be RE-TRAINED or FIRED!!!!. Dont go there if youre in a hurry or else youll be waiting a while for service. I would rate them a negative 1, but theres no option for that.

Their food pretty good and usually is fresh. I like that they are open late. But almost every time we have a larger order in the drive through they always get something wrong. It is so hard to double check before we leave too because the order is big but I guess that comes with the territory of "fast food". Also the drive through lines seem to be very long and it can take 15 minutes to get through on busy nights. All in all it is a decent place to go for fast food.

I understand that fast food isnt supposed to be the most nutrituous, but when the eggs on BOTH of my breakfast jacks are turning grey/green, I am obliged to speak! I guess you get what you pay for, including the rude workers there who lack personal skills. Tip: have someone who actually cares about their job to work the drive thru window, not some young adult who would rather be at home...1/10 would NOT go again...

8/18/17 around 11:50pm went through the drive-thru order food cant see the order on there screen but they got it right. Unfortunately the food was horrible chicken way over dry I ordered three sandwiches. they were all over dried so dry that swallowing was a problem the Buns were burnt toasted the food was horrible so disappointed in Jack on the box and I have been going to Jack In The Box since early 2000s.

Drive through is hit or miss. Mostly miss in the night but okay during the day. The food is fine. Its fast food and it tastes good and makes you fat, what else is there to expect? The location is such that you dont have to worry about the other customers in the dinning area. Overall, its pretty standard fair for a fast food establishment.

Ive only been there once, but my order was correct and my breakfast burrito was good. Update: I made a second visit here. Despite just a few cars in line, I had to wait quite a long time in the drive thru line .... let me emphasize, a long time. My food was not nearly as good this time either.

Good food, dirty kitchen, unfriendly and unsanitary staff. Staff with bare hands was cashiering then handled the food without washing her hands, didnt wear gloves, really disgusting! I even saw the crumbs and grease on her hands while cashiering. On the hand, my husband and I enjoyed the food.

I always come in here after work and they seem to make my food very slow . It is as if they have to much stress, but I am the only one here. I beleive they need more staff or new staff because it is taking them thirty minutes just to make my food to go. It supposed to be fast food after all.
