Went for breakfast last sunday to the Red Tractor Cafe. When we go out to breakfast, we usually hit IHOP but there is always an incredible line there so thought we would try this place because I was in a bit of a hurry, and hungry. Red Tractor is very informal. You walk up and order up front. We both ordered the Farmhouse omelette that comes with home fries and cheddar biscuit. We got to choose our own seat and the food came out fairly quickly. I wasnt really expecting much, but it was actually pretty good! Just a tad greasy but very tasty. They forgot one of the cheddar biscuits. We let them know and they brought out two fresh ones which was a nice gesture. The omelette had large pieces of bacon which was great. I would definitely go back. I dont know how they are for lunch, but if you want a quick breakfast that aint half bad, this is a good option.

In general the food is pretty good (both breakfast and lunch items). Remember to ask for an extra egg because its free. If you ask after youve gotten your order, they wont give it to you. The main reason I dislike this place is they are extremely rude and lack customer service ettiquette. I requested a cheeseburger with Cheddar cheese because American is disgusting and shouldnt even be a part of the cheese family, and I got American. When I took it back to them and asked for Cheddar, they literally scraped off the American cheese and slapped on a slice of cheddar. it was disgusting! Worst service ever.

Checked out the Red Tractor Cafe in Dublin, CA. I thought the food, atmosphere and service were very good. I could appreciate the home cooked comfort food style, it seemed any choice on the menu would not disappoint...the portion were great for the price. I dont have anything bad to say about the place or my experience. I recommend folks looking to grab a bite while waiting for a movie to check it out! Enjoy

The service and atmosphere were alright. The problem I encountered was with the food. I ordered a chicken club sandwhich and while the bacon was good, the chicken was rubbery and had a bad flavor. The bread on the sandwhich was stale and the mashed potatoes were not much better. I ended up just eating the bacon.

Very disappointed with the customer service. The guy took our order is the owner of the place and he wasnt polite to customers. This is a our first time to this place and we ordered three sandwiches and one kid hamburger. Food also not that great for the price ($56.00) very expensive. We never go back again:(

While seated and waiting for our meal to be delivered, noticed a cockroach crawling up the backrest of the booth we were seated in. Also, was given a dirty cup for my drink. Phoned Alameda County Department of Health the following day to complain. Would not suggest eating at this place at all!

They took all my special dietary requests in consideration and made me a great breakfast. Also, my two friends really enjoyed their regular breakfasts. I look forward to going there again soon. Just wish they opened a little earlier in the morning.

great burgers, fries, couldnt ask for more. I especially appreciated the service. My 7 year old daughter spilled her soda on the floor and the manager (Andrew I believe his name is) replaced it with a new one free of charge.

Frys ranging from gross to ok. Beef on the Burger was ok, but my Bacon was dry and burnt tasting. Price bad for the quality. The only thing this place had going for it was the ambiance.

Not only is the atmosphere great but its a sweet place to get your fingers dirty in some delicious foods. Reasonably priced but busy during lunch. Family friendly!
