I am not the type of person to give reviews online. But thought I would for this place. Can not stand it there. First time I go there, they hardly put food in my steak bowl. Had to ask for a little more and little to them is less than little. This location is the closet one to where I work and thought, fine I will give them another try, NOPE. What was I thinking? The workers preparing the food look like they do not want to be there, too much chit chat and not paying attention to the food they are making. Management needs to step up their game. Your employees reflect on YOU! Go there again, since co-worker talks me into going. What happens... I pay for guac and they dont put it. I didnt notice cause I was paying and notice when I got back to work. Heck... I am not going to drive back down there and tell them. Geez... so I said that is it no more. What happens, fine another shot... since I love Chipotle and every where else I never have this issue. Guy prepares my bowl, then next employee a woman hardly puts any meat, and I asked for more, she puts three more pieces of meat. Are you kidding me! WTF. Not only that, she looks like she really doesnt want to be there, most of them look irritated. Then I ask for guac, what happens they hardly put any. Not only that, the lady before me gets a burrito and then she asked for guac, the employee puts it on one side and the customer said, I will only taste the quac on one side, can you move it, and the employee goes, well that is how we make it and always have. In a rude voice. ARE YOU KIDDING. I would have pulled her ass to the side and gave her a warning. And this is not how the burritos are always made. Chipotle hire new people who actually want to work, or check on your management since it begins there anyways. Not going back to this location anymore! Oh and trust me I tell others not to go there as well. Usually dont do that, but hell I rather save someone for there shitting amounts and attitude. Get it together!

Usually we are a fan of Chipotle but not any more.. I took my 1.5 years and 5 year old daughters to Chipotle on the 26th of June for dinner as my wife was busy and we had no time for making dinner at home. This was my first time taking my girls out all by my myself.. My young one started vomiting the next day morning (tuesday), followed by diarrhea and fever. My older one came home with fever, and later that night she threw up. and complained about diarrhea the next morning.. And thats not it, I had an upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea. It took about 10 days to recover completely for myself.. but my daughters are still coping. Whats wrong with chipotle.. they should do better.

I ordered a salad. They normally ask u at the beginning if you want there Vinegrette. No one asked this time, and no Vinegrette traveled with my order down the line, when I got to the end, I requested the Vinegrette, one gal went to the location it should have been, came back, whispered something to the cashier who checked in the back and came back quickly saying she couldnt get to it, and rang me up. So I stood there waiting, and then inquired again. Apparently there was going to be no effort to provide any dressing, but no one was going to tell me this. Their solution instead was to refund my meal. I just wanted dressing....

It wasnt that busy, but I felt like the assembly line workers were rushing me, yelling (though it was not loud) and disconnected. I got half a spoonful of steak while the person behind me got a heaping spoonful...They yelled "hot medium or mild" at me. I pointed at one and asked which one it was and she said "medium" put it in my bowl and said "no cheese" and started to close it. I had to stop her and she looked very angry at me. This experience was very inconsistent with portions and disappointing. I hope its not always like that.

First off they served very small portions, and what chipotle is known for is their large proportions in each order. When I ask for more they give me barely anymore food and give me and my family an attitude. When I tried to be nice they didnt show any interest in making my experience a good one which made me very unhappy. I would stay clear of this chipotle and go find another one. Only one tall guy in the back was very nice and accommodated our food request.

This chipotle used to be amazing but gets worse and worse. The person running the cash register is always slower than hell and even after your food is ready youre waiting for people to pay. Today I was waiting and there was no one even at the register as the line wrapped around back into itself. Food is usually good but as others have said, sometimes burnt meat.

So its a Saturday, and the line is definitely snaking around inside the restaurant... And the end of the line is at the counter. Why? Because its the only Chipotle for many miles! So seriously, they need to make one by the Livermore Outlets or the by the new Whole Foods in Dublin, and all will be right in the world. But yes, great food as always.

One complaint: not anywhere NEAR enough seating. Always a line and people circle the dining area glaring at you as they jockey for a place to eat. Difficult with small kids or a party larger than three. Otherwise the same great food Im used to at Chipotle.

A third of the chips was stale, another third was spilt with salt, and the last third was both stale and salty. Chorizo burrito was good, not spectacular. Chipotle would do ok on the East Coast, but there are so many better choices out here (eg Rubios).

Portion sizes here are microscopic. I could literally see the bottom of my bowl when they served it! Asking for more doesnt help either. I wont be returning here, which stinks because in general I love Chipotle. Just avoid this location.

Employee very slow. Tested on a Wednesday evening Whats worse, while the queue was quite long, there were two staff girls chilling out on the dining bench, watching the queue growing longer. They finished dinner long time ago

I love love love Chipotles food. This location, though, is stingy with the food and so narrow that you might as well pick up your food because you wont find a seat during normal meal times. Any other time is fine.

Its chipotle. Tasty but certain food coma outcome. This one has had hit or miss for service. Some quite friendly and others downright rude. Unpredictable. Almost always a long line though.
