So we came here for dinner and ordered the all you can eat menu and ordered what we felt we could eat. We ate majority of the food however we ordered some veggies to go along with our dinner, not expecting to receive a whole napa cabbage and a mountain of veggies as our order. Upon conclusion of eating the waitress came back and said "o you didnt finish all your food we are going to have to charge you for all the wasted food. First off we didnt ask for the mountain of veggies that you gave us, second off a forewarning would have been nice. Its almost like they set you up so that they can charge you and then tell you that its up to the manager on what the charge is. Upon telling the server to charge us she just came back saying the manager decided to waive the charge, sorry miss youre not doing me a favor, please charge me for the food so that I can report you to the BBB for unethical business practice. They just lost customers, no chance of redemption

I mainly come here because of the dessert bar (dine in only). The coconut covered mango mochi is extremely addictive, and they just added coconut pudding. Theres also taro tapioca soup and watermelon. The thing I hate about this place is how attentive the workers are: they arent. I think you have to be Chinese and speak it a lot in order for them to care. The lady behind the bar who greets you when you arrive is probably the owner. She seems to watch a lot of the TV thats there, so she is easily distracted.

As bad as it gets. We order 3 items: an appetizer and 2 main entrees. We waited 25 minutes for one entree. The 2nd took another 15 minutes which meant the first was cold and no sight of the first course. And the 2nd dish was just wok fried shrimp which should only take 6-7 minutes to cook as it wasnt cleaned so there was no work to do. We decided to leave and they say the appetizer is ready, but its not and we stupidly wait 10 more minutes for uncooked crap. Never going there again.

Been here a few times for all you can eat shabu shabu and its been a consistently great experience. We usually come here on week nights with party sizes between 3 to 6 and weve always been seated immediately. The staff is attentive and nice. Sometimes well have to flag someone down to place an additional order but the wait is never long. The quality of food is pretty good with a large variety of items.

waiters are extremely rude and ignorant. The WOSRT serving attitude I ever encountered. They messed up our bills and didnt explain. Pretend didnt understand us since we spoke mandarine. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Very good! My favorite hotpot so far. Boss is a very classic woman, waitress is a pretty girl. Food is very fresh, cant help write a good comment for them.
