This was the worst experience I have had with any restaurant in a long time. I cannot comment on the food because we never received ours. I can say that the bar service was ridiculously slow and disorganized. In all, I would recommend that no one ever eat at this establishment. We sat in the upstairs karaoke area, which was a really bad idea. While one hostess was checking our IDs at the top of the stairs another hostess pushed past us without so much as saying “excuse me”. As soon as we got past the first hostess the rude one turned around and demanded to see our IDs again. Once we were in the karaoke area, we were unable to get a drink either from a waitress or from the bar, so checking our ID was kind of pointless. The bar tender had no idea what he was doing and it was the messiest bar I’ve ever seen. We tried to order three times and he either turned away and ignored us after we ordered or he would disappear into the back room for 10 minutes and then come back out and act like he had never seen us before. The worst part of the evening though, was the fact that the restaurant was allowing people to smoke inside. We first tried to open a window so we wouldn’t have to sit in the smoke filled room but a hostess came up to us and told us to shut the window because the noise would be too loud on the street. We asked her to ask the smokers to stop but she just turned around and walked away. After an hour and a half without successfully getting a drink or anything to eat we left.

my absolute favorite sushi place ever...in at least 3 states! Ive tried lots of places and still not one compares in taste, freshness, or originality! their sexy nachos are amazing and all the salmon dishes are mouthwatering in my opinion. have never had anything that I didnt like and usually invite the sushi chef to try new dishes out on me and my friends. table service can be a little slow but sitting at the bar is the best remedy for that...chefs are always friendly even when the house is packed tight. A+

BAD SERVICE! Its been quite a long while weve been to this place. We used to like it because its close by. But the last time we went, we waited and waited for one o our orders that never came. there were three sushi chef but only one was working- the other two was just watching. We asked the waiter repeatedly for our order and he just kept saying its coming, its coming...it never did. We had to leave and never came back ever again.

Worst sushi Ive ever eaten and terrible service. Poor quality. They say they serve bluefin tuna which was the most terrible tuna ever, a lie and shame. Chicken was fatty and everything very salty. Left with an upset stomach and disappointment that I had paid so much for such terrible food and service. Amazed at other reviews...these people dont know good sushi. Dont know how this place is still in business

The presentation is extremely Japanese and the options are awesome. My Spicy Tuna Bowl was exactly what I wanted from a lunch destination and theres plenty more I want to explore on the menu as well. Large hot sake was quite bountiful and the service was efficient and friendly. 100% will be a return customer. Prices were very affordable as well. Ramen options highly plentiful too.

My favorite place to go! The staff is always kind and courteous and the food is amazing! I come here often with my sister who orders the California Roll and I get the Bishamon BBQ Ramen, food is always phenomenal! A bit pricey for me, but well worth it!
