Last Sunday my wife and I had our first dining experience at Bistro Papillote which was the best Clotted Egg dish we have ever had! So last Night 4-14-16 we joined by our close friends went back for dinner. Between the group we had Sea Bass wild caught in Baha, Pork chop that looked like a tomahawk steak, Hierloom Tomato and Barrata cheese salad and shared a bottle of French Chardonnay amazing.We finished this delicious meal of with a Crepes desert,which was to die for!! We were all more than impressed with the food and the waitress was so delightful and accommodating.we are making this a regular on our favorite dining spots. Bon Appetite Mike Wirthlin

My husband chose this restaurant for his companys holiday dinner party and it was a big hit! The owner, Chef Laurent Brazier, was trained in Paris and man oh man does his haute cuisine background shine. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed their meal. This dude can make salads sing! The atmosphere is trendy enough for the hipsters and quiet enough for me. Its decor has a distinct Paris cafe feel. Bring your beloved for a romantic evening. Stop by with friends. However you visit, be sure to try the croque monsieur.

Simple cafe with a limited selection of french cafe favorites. The crepes are well made with the right amount of crisp on the inside. The quiche is on the smaller side, but otherwise adequate. Note that you can bring coffee from portola next door to enjoy your food here.
