Came in for breakfast wanting to try some place new. The name on the building says BC Cafe, but when you get inside the name of the restuarant if Kick Back Jacks. Food was mediocre at best. Pancakes were super fluffy, which I like, but were dry and had no flavor, my eggs were greasy, the home fries were just this side of cooked but also had no flavor, and even the english muffin tasted off. My husband and I both took one bite, looked at each other, and put the muffin down. Their chicken fried steak was okay, but the gravy was also heavy and greasy. Seemed like the kind of gravy you would make at home with bacon grease and flour. To top off the food not being the best, the waitress was telling one of the runners that he should go back to his country, and later walked up to our table saying he needed an attitude adjustment. The only thing good about our meal was the coffee. No longer curious why this place had no wait, while Norms across the freeway was packed. And the prices!!! We paid about $37 for this breakfast. My husbands breakfast was about $13, my two eggs whites, toast, and home fries was almost $12, $3.50 or so per cup of coffee, and then his juice. For being the first time here, I will never come back. No longer curious why this place had no wait, while Norms across the freeway was packed. Ive been to the Norms in Riverside, its pretty decent, and they have an everyday ham and egg special for $6.99 (too bad I didnt see that advertisement earlier).

We stopped in on our way back from Coachella. Evelyn was our waitress and was so friendly! She made this place feel like home and took good care of us. There is a wide selection of breakfast and lunch options and you could tell the food was freshly prepared. I had the croissant ham, egg, and cheese with home fries. Definitely would eat it again! I got the special, which was a bit smaller but it came with juice and I was still full. My boyfriend got the country breakfast skillet after Evelyn highly recommended it. We were not disappointed! Be ready for a lot of food! He ended up taking about half home. All in all, a great experience!

Ive been eating at this restaurant since I was a baby and Im now 28 years old! This place is our familys favorite breakfast spot. We always come here to celebrate birthdays and other special occasions. Good homestyle food, large portions and excellent customer service is why Ill continue to come here. They are great at accommodating large groups as well. Some of my favorites that I highly recommend are their biscuits and gravy, home fries, pancakes, French toast and their Spanish Frittata. Very large portions as I mentioned above so I highly recommend sharing.

If you love breakfast youll love this place. It is all they serve and is only open for morning til brunch hours. If you go on a weekend make sure you are willing to wait because the lines can get pretty long. That is probsbly a good thing though because you need to be hungry. The menu has extra hearty portions. Every time Ive gone there Ive had to take a portion of my food home. Th e food is delicious though so you really wont mind eating it when you get hungry latet.

This place was good back about five or six years ago. The price in no way is in the food. $15.99 for three eggs, bacon, hash and toast...really. we where sat right next to the bus station and restroom while half the tables where open... We got up and left cause we have eaten there before and the food is good but not that good. We left and went to Costco for what we would have paid for breakfast at BC we got enough stuffs for breakfast for a week...

The food is great, the portions are gigantic and its very reasonably priced. Ive been to the BC Cafe countless times with groups of friends ranging from just a few to parties well over 12 people; they have the ability to easily accommodate your needs. The wait is never too long and there tends to be a more lively and energetic crowd there which I always enjoy.

First time here. I have Celiac disease and asked if there was a gluten free portion of the menu. I was rudely cut off with a "No." I ended up getting their Santa Fe omlette. I also asked if they put pancake batter in this omlette mixture. Again, rudely told no. I was sick all night.

Thought this would be like any old IHOP or Dennys but I was taken aback by how much this place exceeded expectation. The food tasted like real fresh food and was absolutely delicious and the staff were friendly as well! Will definitely come back here even if it is a bit out of my way.

Great service and even better food, I normally dont have issues finishing a plate and I wound up having leftovers. They even brought the baby cheerois and oranges without us asking. I will definitely return and would highly recommend here to anyone.

I usually never do this reviews, but I was really blown away by the quality of both the service and the food. From the moment you walked in youre welcome with a GENUINE smile, and quickly seated. Five stars from me.

Try the SWEET POTATO HOME FRIES...heck yeah! One my favorite go-to breakfast spots. Great down home diner menu, friendly staff, friendly service, and you get your moneys worth with those large portions.

Huge portions of comfort food. Come here ready to share because if everyone in your party orders their own entree, you are gonna leave with probably 5 pounds of doggy bag. Friendly and quick service

Huge servings. Like hecka big! Good food, lack of a star because the wait time is CRAZY! Sometimes you can call ahead and put your name in other times you cant. Just wish there was some consistency!

This place has the best brunch in the area. Try the Super French Toast or the Breakfast Burrito. The best part is that the prices are decent and there are always left overs to take home.

Prepare to get the largest "plate" of food you have ever seen. Absurd portions meet reasonable (for the amount of food) prices at this breakfast joint. Prepare for a crowd on weekends.

Worst place to go on a sunday. Horrible service. Coffe was cold. And the food was not cooked properly. The servers are rude and not customer service friendly
