After waiting for 30 minutes no one came to take my order unfortunately the waitresses seemed to be more interested to play with their cellphones rather than take care of the customers the couple right in front of me had been waiting for 40 minutes unfortunately for me I only get 1 hour lunch which I wasted waiting for service I ask the one of the waitress just to charge me for the drink since I had waited enough she said give me a minute at that point I just left $5 and left if a manager reads this please donate the change to any cause since you guys dont even deserve a tip for your lack of customer service

Waited 30 minutes to get seated...and yet there were several empty seats where they sat us. Service is very poor here...I wouldnt recommend to anyone to come here. Should have gone to the other restaurants nearby. Only reason why I came here was the one near my home, our experience was a lot better.

IHOP on Gale has better food quality and better service compared to IHOP on Orangethorpe Ave in Placentia. The glass pane windows lets in a lot of natural sun light, which makes afternoon brunches really nice. I never had problems finding parking but lot does not have very many spaces.

5$ +...for 3 pancackes??? i dont know how they taste because after ordering their phone order came in and i stood there waiting waiting waiting i tryed to cancel the order. i asked three times. 1$ per pancacke at Dennys on nogales and there really tasty...MMMMM good.

Came around evening. There was no waiter or hostess to be seen had to go to the kitchen to announce our presence. Food was good. They need to work on staying out on the floor at least every couple of mins. To tend to customers.

My food is always served quick Fresh & Hit. Even when its take out. There pancake combo with Blueberry are my favorite & the omelettes are really good. Love coming herevon Sundays . Great Service & Fast even with a Full house.

We were seated within 5 minutes and our server was friendly and the food came out quickly. Also, the food was delicious. Had a good experience here and would definitely be a repeat customer :)

Clean and friendly service. However, they dont serve tomato juice anymore. That is a deal breaker as I must have tomato juice with my breakfast. Its off to Dennys next time!!

Not a bad IHOP, service was good. The restaurant was spacious and had a lot of booths. Parking was a little difficult, and the outside/floors were a little dirty.
