I love the food here and love the idea of a Mongolian BBQ. I have been coming to this location for years and have brought them new customers that now love the place too. I only have one issue with the restaurant. Customer Service. The service here is horrible, the waitresses are rude and give you dirty looks. I know that if you come in for dinner and only have one bowl, you can ask for it in a to go box. I have been doing it for years at this location, and last night i asked the waitress if I may have mine for to go and she screamed at me and got mad, but i told her i have been doing it ever since i started going to this place. She was completely rude to me and a friend and took the food after arguing with me about the situation. When I left and checked my box for the food, she threw away about half of what I had paid for. That is unacceptable and they need to work on their customer service, or just fire the waitresses they have and get new ones that are more friendly and welcoming. This is not the first time i have encountered horrible service from them. I just come for the food and try to not talk to the waitresses because they are not good with service. I know what customer service is supposed to be like, and they fall way under those standards.

I have been going here for years, and i agree with the people complaining about the customer service. But you are not supposed to get it to go, you have to tell them at the beginning that you are going to get it to go. The guy got lucky they let them get it to go after eating there. And to the person grabbing another bowl and getting charged its because lunch is not all you can eat its one bowl only. Lunch prices are 3 dollars cheaper because of this. Let me tell you a secret. if you learn how to pack the meat and noodles you only need one bowl. Sauce diagram for perfection. 7 kung pao 10 house special 2 vinigar 1 ginger 1 garlic 1 red pepper, some cilantro And your welcome

This place is great if you like Mongolian BBQ. If you want fantastic service, go somewhere else. My only issues are with people leaving these reviews. Who complains about service at a buffet? Who complains about no doggie bags at all-you-can-eat? Go hungry! The concept is easy to understand for MOST Americans, one time lunch, all you all-you-can-eat dinner for a little bit more. Quality produce and frozen meats, plenty of sauces...thats all you need, and they have it.

Best Mongolian BBQ ever! As a Hawaiian native lots of people dont know exactly how to eat Mongolian BBQ, some observe me as to why I take my chopsticks and rub them together.... well unless you want a mouthful of splinters, then I guess its quite obvious. Also, there is a proper way of using chopsticks, you just dont stab your bowl of food its very improper & impolite manners. Take a lesson! Otherwise its good food! They need a bigger restaurant!

It was alright. Nothing to brag about. Lunch came with some almost cold soup and very dry rice and the kicker was the spring rolls that were served with hot mustard and ketchup? Interesting to say the least. Bowl options were adequate but I had hoped it would have had teriyaki sauce. Service was alight but sodas only come half full. Not sure if I will come again but did appreciate the cleanliness.

Well so far it was good: the first boll was good but when I went to get my second one I find out that it was not for the same price. The watered ran on to me and started screaming at me with her mongolian accent like this; aaa you only have to take one boll but its ok youll just pay more. I understand that I shouldnt go for second boll but the problem is how she acted In front of all people... :-(

My mom and I went for lunch. As we were waiting for our food to cook I happened to look over and see the waitress pour into the soup pot 2 soup cups. As in the serving cups she gives out. That freaked us out. The meat and seafood was room temperature no ice underneath. Other than that was clean but soup.and rice was horrible. Id recommend any where else.

Absolutely my favorite Mongolian BBQ in the area. They have a good selection of meat, including lamb. I love adding their kimchi to the bowl for an extra kick. My favorite sauce is a diy teriyaki. 2-3 spoons of soy, 2-3 of sugar, 1 wine, 1 vinegar, half spoon of garlic, half spoon of ginger, and half spoon of sesame oil. Add chili to preference.

I have been going here for about 20 years. My whole family loves it. I have never had a problem with the customer service but I do know they have signs saying they do not offer to-go for dinner because it is all you can eat. Also I when adding your sause b4 they cook ur food I recommend doubling the suggested amounts they have posted.

Went there with friends that have small appetites. They were only able to eat a small portion of their meal, and were not allowed to take the leftovers to go. I know other similar restaurants that are also concerned about people abusing the all you can eat policy but they also allow you to take home leftovers.will NOT be returning.

My boyfriend and I eat here frequently! Definitely our favorite place to go when we go out to eat. The food is always fresh and tasty and the sauces make a great combo! Did I mention the sweet and sour sauce? Its by far the best Ive ever had! We will continue to eat here as long as they are around!

I love this place. With all the vegetables I feel saintly when Im done eating there. We went last night too. They remember you if youre a regular. Always clean and friendly. Last night they had added a new waitress, shes a winner! Even more attentive and warm than they already are. Great choice.

Terrible dining experience...... The place was filthy. The vegetables were soggy and the meats are freeze dried. The bar was dirty, the tables were dirty.... The service was terrible. They dont allow you to take your leftovers with you and no drink refills. Never going back!!!

Food is good. it hasnt changed in years. The issue I have now is the policy of no credit cards for bills under $15. If you go in by yourself, you cant use a card. There is a small sign stating this at the register. Didnt see it until it was time to pay the bill.
