Horrible service, do not go past 7pm, they seem to want to shut down already. I had to ask for everything, I kept seeing ppl waiting to be charged because the cashier was never around. My table was never bussed the entire time I was there, we even moved our plates to another table and they still didnt pick them up! The brownies were taken out from the fridge and served cold!! Nothing had flavor! The ranch tasted like milk, the Mac n cheese tasted like plain pasta! This is the second time I come and I got mad at myself for coming to this location because last time, the service was the same and I told myself to not come here again. This time I definitely will remember to go to another location!! You do not know what you are missing until you to another location and compare this one to them.

One of the best luncheons at any souplantation. Food was abundant. Staff was on top of preparing salads, soups, breads and restocking all the perishables. Wait staff quickly and efficently removed spent plates, trays, cups and cleaned surfaces. Overall, staff was everywhere needed, never in the way and carried positive expression, noticed details that made a difference and were there to serve and accommodate without hesitation. All hands knew there assignment and didnt miss a step. Nice orchestration all around, excellent dining experience.

This is your run of the mill Souplantation. Food is basically the same as every other Souplantation. Theres a huge salad bar as you come in then you get the choice of either soups or different types of breads. If youre looking for something protein heavy, this is not the place to be. Prices are decent if you find coupons online ahead of time. Service here is so-so, so beware. Servers are very slow to take plates away so choose a table with a lot of space nearby to stack your empty plates.

If youve never been to Souplantation, you should know that they are a buffet styled restaurant that serves a variety of salads and soups. There are also breads and some pastas to choose from. This Souplantation was just alright, despite the decor was new and modern. The service was alright, plates were taken away occasionally. Some of the utensils were still dirty. The soups were alright, I thought they were just warm, wished they would heat it up a bit more.

This place is filthy. Not only is the manager rude, her staff is equally miserable. The salad bar is far from impressive and the premade salads are old and gross (with a few exceptions) i witnessed an employee toss old wontong salad on top of the "fresh" batch. Oily and warm lettuce is unacceptable from a place like this. The utensils and plates are disgusting. Over all this restaurant is disappointing and poorly managed, filthy and uncomfortable.

This location doesnt have as many selections as Ive seen at other locations, but I still like it. Be careful of the tables at the booths, I scooted into the seat and the sharp metal corner tore right through my pants and left a hearty mark on my leg. One time they were out of something I liked on my salad and the manager was so nice about it. Made the meal great because she was just so nice.

Absolutely horrible.. Filthy! And rud employees. Cooks were nice and kept food refilled but other then that Horrible experience... Had to ask for our floor to be cleaned so my dress didnt get food all over it. Their was spilt pasta sauce, soda, salad all over and the lady we asked was extremely rude... DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. at least not around 12PM UNTIL 3PM.

A smaller souplantation, however still has everything there. choose from a variety of soups, salads, and a couple pizza breads. I always leave wanting to eat meat when Im there, but dont have anything else to complain about. Their soups are flavorful and they also have a mini ice cream section. A bit pricey for just soup and salad, but it is a buffet..

I have been to different Souplantations and this is the worst. Half the plates that were supposedly clean still had food on them and the restrooms were dirty. Most of the soups were very bland, the pastas werent hot and the potatoes were cold. The salad was though fresh. Would not go back to this restaurant.

This was my first time to Souplantation. It had been highly recommend by people around me thus I finally took a chance. The food was very good good and well made. The food bar was clean and well stocked. I didnt have much interaction with the staff but they all seemed very approachable.

I was sick for 5 days after eating here. Had to dig through the "clean" dishes to find one that didnt have old food stuck on it. Saw managers pulling stacks of supposed clean dishes off the line because they were still dirty. I would pick any one of the next door restaurants

I am a happy customer for dinner. This location has a new updated decor. Its very nice. We decided to try out the Sunday breakfast. I am beyond disappointed. Everything is cold. Selection is small and everything seemed bland. Sorry to say but I wont be back.

Worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. The facility it absolutely disgusting, the layout doesnt make sense, the management was insanely rude and has no idea how properly deal with a busy day.

This one is missing a few key things like low fat dressings that other locations have and they always seem to have dirty plates. Besides that its a good bargain and great salad/soup selections.
