For those of you who dont know, Pieology is one of those build your own pizza type places similar to Blaze Pizza, Artist Pizza, Project Pie, etc. You basically choose the ingredients you want then they make the pizza for you. This specific location is pretty average. Ingredients are relatively fresh and I like the fact that they offer a wheat dough option for those trying to eat a bit healthier. The baking process however, is a bit inconsistent so sometimes youll get a perfectly done pizza and sometimes its just terrible. I think the main issue stems from the fact that gets pretty busy for lunch and dinner (expect to wait 15-30 minutes to get your pizza made at those times) and quality drops significantly. Prices are average at about $9 a pizza, but its a flat price for as many toppings as you want. Theres also outdoor seating as well for the dog owners among you.

I am not saying that this is the worst place I have ever eaten, but I would have to think very hard to remember one. The atmosphere stinks, music too loud, people that take orders are in too big of a hurry and talk so fast that it would take an interpreter to figure out what they are saying. The pizza is half cooked and tasted like dog food I think. Be assured that I have had my fill of Pieology. I had to give it one star or the program would not let me post. In my book they get a minus 3 stars.

Gr8 place to get Pizza Your Way! We made a delicious pizza with: "Pie On The Rise" (Thick Crust), Olive Oil, Green Pesto Sauce, Garganzola Cheese, Pineapple, Black Olives, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, and Canadian Bacon Slices. Our Cashier tricked us into Saving More Money by Adding a Coupon we Did Not have; No Argument Here.

One of the better pizza places around, especially for individual pizzas. As many toppings as you want for one flat rate. I always make the same pizza, they have fairly fresh ingredients. Can get really busy, but moves along (unless line is out the door). Limited indoor and outdoor seating when busy. Good for takeout

This is our go-to pizzeria where my boys love to get their "everything" pizza loaded up with all the meats and vegetables available. Even on their hungriest days, a couple of these mountainous pizzas will make us glad we visited

This Pizza was Off the Hook.... It was like a petite, party of flavors, melting in my mouth with every bight. Mmmmm Good.... The staff was Very helpful. The floors smell dirty. Like someone mopped with dirty water.

Great pizza made with whatever toppings you want. I went for dinner and the line was super long. The dinning area was unkept with trash on the floor and dirty tables. Staff was friendly but service was slow.

Except a couple of visits to this spot, which we visit once a week or so in the average, I am amazed by the service levels I get. Also Pieology blows other wanna-be "make your own pizza" chains out of water.
