I placed an online order for $50 and in that order I had ordered calimari. When my food arrived I realized the calimari was missing. I then called the store and talked to the owner and he assured me he would send it to me. As an hour went by I called to ask about the delivery. And was then told by the owner that i did not pay for or even order the calimari. I stated I a copy if my recipt that states that I had paid for it. He then proceeded to appologize and then take down my info too deliver it too my house. As another hour went by it still hadnt arrived I talked to the owner for a third time to be yelled at and told I didnt order it even though it was clearly on my recipt. I was a long time customer at this establishment but now I will never go there again because of their shady buisness practices.

Sunday morning I just so happen to stumble into this place looking for my embarrasing NFL team on tv (Bills) and I walk in and there is a 360 degree view of Tvs and not a single soul sitting down watchin the game. I was shocked! So I ordered a beer and wings and watched my team lose. Being from Buffalo, I called my uncle to let him know that I tasted wings just like we would get in Buffalo. They were PERFECT and served with Bleu Cheese! So I brought my wife and son at half time and we devoured a large pizza and sandwich. Than, on a friday night we called for delivery. They said 45 Minutes, They were there in 45 Minutes. This is a perfect family style pizza place that reminds me of home. If people have a negative review on this place, good, because nobody likes sitting next to cranky people anyway!

Yikes. Good pizza but - wow - how about some customer service. People - numerous people - walked in without being greeted at all. No one told me how long it would take for my pizza to be ready for carry out. Kids on their phones. Pretty sure the owners would rather they were paying folks to work. Such a shame. Its a Laguna Hills institution!!! Fingers crossed some changes happen.

Had a great time visiting the pizza store yesterday. We were a big group of 20 people and the owner jeff helped us getting a table and provided great service. The wings and the pizza was really good and it was so much food provided to us. I highly recommend it it was my first time here but i am definitely going to be coming back to this place .

I seriously love this place!!!! The pizza dough and sauce are amazing. Im very picky about my pizza and this place is the real deal. No sugar pizza sauce here. Tastes fresh! Oh, and they have a great draft beer selection. My only minor complaint is that its a family joint and Im child free haha! But thats pretty standard with any pizza place.

Im sick today so I ordered delivery. This pizza was wonderful. Ricotta cheese - yummy, eggplant - delicious, tomatoes - juicy, ham - so flavorful, fresh basil - need I say more!? Delivery was fast, payment was easy, Ive found my new pizza place!

I wasnt really impressed. I ordered the Alfredo Chicken pizza and it was not great. I ended up paying almost $20 for a medium pizza with bread sticks and was really disappointed. The bread sticks look shriveled and were not good either. Yuk

New York Style - the thin crust... oh jeez! Awesome! Im truly a deep dish Chicago style guy, but the New York style here is something I havent had in a good-long time. I ordered another slice even though I wasnt hungry...that good!

One of the few places around here that has reliably great pizza. Not super expensive either. And the owner spends a lot of time at the shop too, he seems like a really nice guy. Support local business!

Ended up getting a large dbl cheese pizza with pep and sausage with shrooms delivered by these guys...awesome! Both times they said 45 mins but came in 20 and it was excellent for a pizza connoisseur

Im staying in a hotel, and went with this because of reviews, and IT IS AWESOME... :-) I got a mushroom pizza and its delicious. Im going to finish eating it now.

The guys restroom had no ventilation. The layout meat youre having to turn uncomfortably at every sports tv. Super greasy food.
