Great service...lady explained to me how long pizza had been sitting there...then through it out when she saw the look on my face...made my order as soon as i ordered...was polite and sweet. Answered all my questions...I left thinking to myself that i feel as though staff may be mistreated by the owners...the inside of the store was hotter then the outside temp. I believe there A/C was broken...staff and i were sweating profusely...new staff coming on shift began sweating profusely...A/C needs to be redone completely or repaired...felt really bad for the staff. Would rate 5 stars if this issue was fixed...all around good experiance. Fix A/C before my next visit or i will lower rating to a three..and so on. I think owners might be neglectful to realise sweat is unhygienic and gross may be issue for other customers ordering food to see a wet sweaty staff because a broken A/C.

The DeepDish Pizza I received was so undercooked im surprised the Health Department passes this Location. When I showed the Manager She laughed at me , and said "what you want me to do about it". One should not have to explain how to do customer service. I dont get the Hot and readys anymore because they are under cooked and send me to the restroom. Its definitely a hit and miss with different locations. I got off of work late and was exhausted from the day. I was not ready for under cooked pizza and rude customer service. I even called in ahead of time so I wouldnt have to wait, thanks for nothing Little Caesars. Very disappointed in the quality from this establishment. I guess thanks for remaking my pizza and cooking it all the way.

Its a Little Caesars, so theres really not much of a high expectation. However, I came in here on a rainy day to buy a couple of pizzas, and the cashier seemed very fun and energetic for such a sketchy location. He greeted my friend and I as we walked in and immediately asked us what we wanted. We told him, and he gave us the exact price before he even got to the register. I dont know why, but that was really pleasing to see. Generally people dont care about their job enough to memorize prices, but he certainly did. My only complaint is that they dont offer, or even sell cups.. So we had to go to the convenience store next door to buy some. Otherwise, a surprisingly nice experience here.

Hope for a change soon !! I actually have always liked this pizza but I have not been for the last couple of years. We went there last week and I dont know what they did with the crust or the sauce but something is different is a bad way. I mean I am picky with my pizza dont get me wrong but this pizza for me has changed in a bad way totally sucked. I was hoping for some bomb pizza again and I got the opposite a stomach ache and I did not eat too much like usual when I eat pizza. So if your reading this change it back ! !

It always seems a bit disorganized and haphazard, cleanliness isnt held in the highest regard, as employees will often make food inches away from an overflowing trashcan for expediency. The food isnt horrible, though pricing has recently put it on par with other pizza establishments, with which it cannot compete on quality.

Wow this experience was exceptional the shorter female employee looked so gorgoues an so friendly an helpful. She even helped me with my pizzas out to my car cause I run foster home an feed a lot of kids. Next time I go in it will solely be because of her service to customers An her gereosity

My family has been eating here for over two years. We love the pizzas and the price. Customer service is better of late and get pizzas here every once in a while. Taste much better than it used to.

If youre low on funds and craving tasty pizza, this place cant be beat. IMO theyre better than the other chain stores(dominos, pizza hut). Did you know they now sell stuffed crust pizza? Awww yeah!
