Being from NY, the thought of good NY pizza is a draw for me, but, getting past the bad customer service is definitely a no-go. Watch out for the deceptive advertising. I went to their site, clicked on menu and thought great, $15.99 for a large pizza. But, when I indicated what I wanted, I was told the large was $19.99 and that I was looking at a special online. I confirmed no that it was the regular menu and not for specials & Id be happy to bring a copy of the online menu in to show him. He refused the offer and adamantly stated the price was $19.99...period. Bad, bad, bad service. Dont play games and try to trick your customers N.Y.Pizza, because youll keep losing them...just like you lost me to your competitors.

I grew up on Long Island, NY and I can say after the dozens of excellent Pizzerias Ive eaten at in the Metro Area... this is 100% trash pizza. First the Rubber Chewy Crust is more like a loaf of bread, than pizza bread. They frigin cook this garbage on a conveyer belt like Dominos/Quiznos. Not one place in the NY metro area does that and normally you need like 700-800F to cook. NY style pizza has of crispy crust, light airy inside, real moosarella, and homemade sauce, not that Ketchup crap. Stay away from this rat hole garbage.

Damn, the pizza is not horrid, but its not new york either. Weve been coming here for a year or so. When they undercooked 2 pies for us. They promised a free pizza. we called to get our free pizza about 2 weeks later. "no way no how nobody would ever do that." inspired by friends and family? they dont have a single table to sit at. not to mention the horrid looks we got. congrats you conned us for a year.

Its great for what it is, greasy New York Style Pizza. They are a great place to stop by for a slice of pizza (especially if you go to Elk Grove High School) or if you live nearby for their delivery service. Going inside to eat in this place is not a great idea because its very small and sorta loud. They are great for delivery and they have very fast drivers. Great value for what you get.

lol at the other idiot who canceled his order for trying to get an xlarge at the large price or something, Im eating their pizza now and its off the heazy! Im so glad they built this place also if you order before 5 you can get the take out special 6.99 large. I think as long as they have that deal Ill continue to go here !!!

Wow you call in and they start to take your order for delivery, etc then the other phone line rings and they say hold them someone else comes in asking same questions over again but this time had the nerve to say "ay can I call you back" lol wtf.. I just hung up and on to order from the next!

Ive ordered from them everytime i crave pizza. I called today for delivery like normal and i was told they couldnt drive out that far. I live less than 20 min away from them. They always get a 5 dollar tip from me not including the fee they charges. Sooooooo now they lost a customer.

This place is New York Pizza, the cheese was disgusting, the crust was soggy and like rubber and it just tasted weird. The place doesnt have a place to sit down and eat with a family. Nothing new york about this pizza and like rubber and bland.

Delicious, quick, and cheap! The guys at NYP create awesome pizzas that taste more authentic than chain restaurants. The pizzas only take about 12-15 minutes to bake, and there are plenty of special mail offers.

Excellent pizza! Orders are made reasonably fast with prompt delivery times. Prices are absolutely fantastic. The owner is usually working here daily. Very nice workers. Great place!
