I have been here two times to be sure. No not good. Mediocre food , very flat. Well I went back tonight and had Mongolian beef. It was very good. Tonight i am having nectarine beef. It is 19.00 i do not consider this inexpensive. First thing that happens is the waitress forgets my sugar for my tea. She brings my meal and asks if i like spicy and i told her no. She then asks me to pick out the hot peppers. I start to dish up my meal and notice it is lioaded with nectarine but very minimal beef. She explains that itnis all measured out and i explained the mongolian beef has a lot more meat. She disagreed. I told her to take it back too expensive with so little meat. Pow wow in the kitchen and they offered more meat in it because they would have to throw it away. I agreed. It is hot..too hot gor me but i am eating it.

Really wonderful food, great service, food is always consistently good! Had a 80th birthday party for my aunt with 30 people and they made us feel like we owned the restaurant. They truly accommodated us and we appreciated their attention to some of our guests allergy needs. Clean restaurant, beautiful decor and you feel welcomed each time you dine there. Try their honey walnut shrimp! YUM! Five stars!

The food is very very bad, because it is cooked so quickly. The vegetables are just a few seconds above the fire. And they cooked it twice reuired by me. It is the problem of the attitude. Not skill. Very bad experience. The restaurant take the customers as stupid guys. Although one of the waitress is good.

Ive been to China Delight a couple times for lunch. They offer great food at a good price! The lunch special provides, rice, entree, chicken salad, 1 vegetable roll and also a large soup. The times Ive gone, the food is always made fresh, hot, tasty and delicious. Thumbs up!

We visit this establishment every time we are in Carmel. The staff is always friendly, and we havent encountered a dish we didnt like. If youre looking for authentic, get the potstickers and the tofu clay pot. They take a little extra time, but theyre fantastic.

Hunan beef and Garlic string beans are my favorite. But I love everything they cook. Im a regular so the staff remembers me and give me a free dessert now and then. Love their soups too. Awesome food!
