Service is fast. Food is O-K. BUT I went in after a long day to go get the dinner combo and I found a HAIR in my sweet & sour pork. Went in to try to get the food combo remade and they were arguing with me about it. Decided to just get my money back because I wasnt going to sit there and argue about food with hair. Gave us attitude while counting our money back and just kind of tossed it on the counter. Terrible customer service. Decided to go to China City Chinese food in Cameron Park and it was definitely way better service and food. Recommend them over fast wok.

Been going for years and every time its Excellent!! Its a little hole in a wall place but they always seem to be the best places to eat. Family run and they are very nice people. They have very low prices and a large selections of Chinese food to pick from. You can feed a family of 4 for less than $30 and still have leftovers for lunch the next day. Chinese food is my favorite kind of food so I have been to just about every one in the grater Sacrament/El Dorado County and Fast Wok remains in my top 5 hands down. Love love love them!!

Ive lived next to this place for about 15 years only only discovered it a couple years back and so far its been my most favorite discovery. I dont live in Cameron Park anymore but if Im anywhere near I stop here for their sesame chicken and chow-mien. The service is fast, people are friendly, both the owners and the customers. Highly recommended!

Best Chinese food around, they give quite adequate portions and have the best tasting Mongolian beef over anywhere in Folsom or El Dorado area. Not expensive so it is more than worth every penny! Go to Chinese spot for me

This is literally the worst Chinese food Ive ever had. And they have paper plates and flies everywhere and before you leave they just put foil on your plate. It was twice as much as it should have been.

This is okay if you dont want to drive all the way down to the freeway from the Green Valley area, but it is by no means great. For really good Chinese food, go to any of the places down by 50.

Its a little hole in the wall restaurant, not great if you want to go out and sit down to eat but the couple that runs it are great and the food is really good
